At the age of 79 years I need the exercise. At dawn break do 10 minutes of deep breathing regardless of temperature outside. In the afternoon a half hour brisk walk regardless of temperature. Frequently before deep breathing I do light exercises. Keeps me fit and helps me to sleep. I feel fit and have energy to last the day. Also I go to bed early and wake up early. So far so good.
Your exercise routine sounds excellent! Combining deep breathing, light exercises, and brisk walks in the afternoon not only keeps you healthy but also ensures steady energy throughout the day. Keep up the great work, and wishing you continued health and vitality! 🌟

Christian teaching: Use it or lose it! I am a 78 year old Christian, my morning starts with time with Jesus in prayer, then a brisk walk. I don’t need home help and am an avid gardener. My circulation and bones are in great shape. Praise the Lord Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. 🤔🙏🙏🙏

Just because I’m 70 and get tired easily, I should not have to feel guilty for it, as well as coping with everything else. I think this is an excellent video. I feel better just from having watched it. People died earlier in the past because they had harder lives and knew little about nutrition, not because they took time out to rest. Many of them didn’t stop moving from daybreak till nightfall, when they would collapse into bed. We don’t need anyone giving us guilt trips once we’re older. I feel lucky to be still here at 70. Many of my family further back didn’t make it to that age, such as my grandparents, because of harder lives. There’s gratitude.
From the respect & gratitude I feel in my heart and mind, I thank the Christ , within me for the privilege of and for my ability to express my gratitude
Great article. Thank you. And for all the folks who claim that adoring 'their person without' should be to knelt to for comfort, remember his words: 'The Kingdom, Heaven, Nirvana, Realm of Happiness etc. is *within* you', not 'out there' someplace. And this video makes that gratefully clear.

Movement and excersice are important to keep a person active and young even in old age. And with right diet. So taking rest more than necessary makes a person old and decreasing his life span.
We should not think of 100 years. Think of today and make it another happy day. Try to live for others.Make them happy to the extent possible. Throw away EGO.
It did not say in this video ,do not walk ,it said to walk without rushing ,which I often do .Its good to walk peacefully ,take on the things around me ,watch the river ,the birds .That for myself is mindful walking.❤
It's true while remaining active it is too much for an aging body to go for exercise more than what is needed for our body , rest what has been said in this video is worth following..
I found the attitude of gratitude is the key to a healthy life. First and foremost gratitude to God who planned salvation for mankind through Jesus Christ, and is constantly watching over us, protecting us from all dangers of this world, supplying all the help for our needs and many more things. Secondly gratitude towards our parents and family members, next to anyone who has done any good things in our lives. Most suffering is caused by not knowing God and the lack of gratitude.
5:33 Wow… ‘Enough is a feast.’ That Buddhist proverb really hit me. 🌿 We spend so much time chasing what we think we need, but maybe we already have all we need to be happy. What’s something simple in your life that brings you joy?

You must exercise or your muscles will atrophy
Sadly, many people neglect this very important and necessary activity. Please research atrophy...even on TH-cam. It will be a scary eye opener.
Do yoga and meditation every day... Eat less, work hard.... Be cool, calm and honest... This is the health secret of life... God knows everything.
Namo Buddhaya..
74 and still improving my kettlebell skills and if I don't walk at least 20 minutes in the sun daily I feel negative effects.
It's true while remaining active it is too much for an aging body to go for exercise more than what is needed for our body , rest what has been said in this video is worth following..
Each day is a gift. Integrating these practices into life for even one week can lead to noticeable improvements in mood, health, and outlook.
Any time a commentator in a video instructs me to "stay until the end", I switch to something else!
I will follow this. A great advice!
I just go directly to the last minute for the fun of it, and then I leave after checking some comments.
I’m not Christian. However I’m a spiritual person who is aware the “god” spirit within-mindfulness of Nature within-
The beautiful world 🌎 and LOVE.
5:33 Wow… ‘Enough is a feast.’ That Buddhist proverb really hit me. 🌿 We spend so much time chasing what we think we need, but maybe we already have all we need to be happy. What’s something simple in your life that brings you joy?
I am 84 years old, totally agree and lived life very much like this Thanks to this wonderful advice.
What is obvious that this is a woman in this video teaching boys, where are the girls .?
This video is extremely misleading. While it is great to practice mndfulness, it should NEVER be to the exclusion of keeping yourself physically fit no matter what your age may be.
Find the balance between physical and spiritual .
That's so great
Thanks
