There’s nothing wrong about saying that this is a Buddhist teaching because buddhism certainly emphasizes these kind of qualities which most other religions don’t emphasize as much as they emphasize, believing in a supreme God, Jesus, Mohammed, or Allah. No offense to anyone just my honest views

Undoubtedly peace inside is great need for long live but to keep stay fit walking is greater important.

How do you drink your coffee in the morning?
If you don't say "based on Buddhist teaching", this video would be generally accepted by people of any religion.
Keep walking be active meet people and you will keep depression away and keep smiling.
Action is better than inaction. Without action the body will cease to function.(Bhagavadgita). Rest when taking breaks and sleeping are enough.
All these are Ancient Indian teachings..... Known for centuries ! Budhha was an Indian too !!!

Just because I’m 70 and get tired easily, I should not have to feel guilty for it, as well as coping with everything else. I think this is an excellent video. I feel better just from having watched it. People died earlier in the past because they had harder lives and knew little about nutrition, not because they took time out to rest. Many of them didn’t stop moving from daybreak till nightfall, when they would collapse into bed. We don’t need anyone giving us guilt trips once we’re older. I feel lucky to be still here at 70. Many of my family further back didn’t make it to that age, such as my grandparents, because of harder lives. There’s gratitude.
