You can look into Sharia Compliancy Reports of Stocks. What I do is look into Sharia Compliant ETFs and see the holdings in those ETFs if I want to invest in any Individual companies.

It will be like FDI, there are a lot of info on TH-cam itself , but for D mat account you have to look once if you can open from Germany. It will be good if you open account on your family member ID, you can access that in Germany as well.

Unfortunately your options would be limited to only ETFs if you use German brokers. For Individuals stocks you might have to use your Indian account ( I am not aware of the rules and brokers in India so I cant comment on that)
