She is not disabled at all.She only have access to physical flapping but not astro flapping.That is because a Pegasi Earth pony couple would increase chances of physical flapping and deny astro flapping because of one's attachment to ground but other's attachment to the sky.The 2 different attachments can confuse astro flapping like you were confused by your Asian mom's math lessons and then your ass beaten.😎

The 2 different attachments can confuse astro flapping so when it gets more confused,the harder it is for the power to focuse of flying.
The only part that is disabled of her is the fact that she has dwarfs wings.
Dwarf wings are a symptom in 1.2% of pegasi.Since the adult pony weight is too much for dwarf wings to handle,they can't lift scootaloo and cause her to not fly.
Sadly,dwarf wings have no way to grow.Why?Well...I'm still studying on her and I don't know yet.
Well in the mature series called helljumpers made by straighttothepointstudios scootaloo has a rare unicorn disorder called horn block in her wings which prevents her wings from growing to the full size that they would need to be in order for her to fly so sawtooth waves actually was on the right track all along. Of course this is just my opinion. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I think though when the Pegasus lost their cutie mark they couldn’t fly just like since she didn’t get it therefore she couldn’t fly!
Expanding this theory, what if the reason why she didn't have the muscular control is because she suffered a TBI as an infant on one of her parent's adventures and when the doctors told her parents that she wouldn't be able to fly again, they sent her to live with her aunts and bought her a scooter to make up for it.
That actually makes their characters worse than they already are. They didn’t just abandon their disabled daughter. They abandoned their daughter with a disability that THEY CAUSED.
I always thought for Scootaloo, it's related to baby fearhers; they're not sleek and long enough for flight, as both aspects make them aerodynamic. Just look at baby bird's - they're very fluffy and can't fly!! Its a physical growth disability

I have a strong belief in "love the art, not the artist" that's why I like Space Jam 2 (only a bit, but still), yet don't like LeBron James that much. Or why I don't bat an eye when people hate Michael Jackson despite loving his music.
These are fantastic videos, and I believe people should still be able to see them, despite whatever Sawtooth did. He did a horrible thing to an innocent child, but we can still enjoy the content he produced without directly supporting him.

Rainbow Dash helped Apple Bloom try hang gliding and got her pet tortoise a device with which to fly alongside her. All Scootaloo ever got was a lecture from one of Equestria's top fliers about how she should have no preference for being able to fly over not being able to fly. Any way you slice it, that ain't right.

What really ticks me off (but I somehow think is funny) is the fact that Bulk Biceps's wings are basically the EXACT same size as Scootaloo's wings and he can fly. That makes me pissed off but also makes me laugh so hard 🤣

a side effect of all three pony kinds living together is sometimes a pony is born with the physical features of one type of pony but then they just have a little bit of that types magic and a little bit of anothers.

Probably the issue is that Scootaloo is missing the magic component of her wings, it would be a similar condition to the way Sunburst is a unicorn but can’t use magic aside from basic telekinesis.
A a new theory I’m dropping on all of you: pound cake and pumpkin cake and pegasi and unicorn… their parents are earth. Why are they different? Are their parents secretly hiding their true self?

wait why do I think that scoolatoo could be sunny's grandmother/great grandmother because 1. they look so similar 2. they both have flying related disabilities (scootaloo doesn't have the inner wing, sun doesn't have the outer) and the fact that opaline has physical wings, doesn't that imply that the reason sunny doesn't have fully fledged wings is due to her genetics? Just a thought :)

So, giving up on one's dreams on account of a disability while not bothering to seek out a workaround is "inspiring"? Horse apples.
To me, the point was that she was able to be happy even without flight. Her disability might be correctable, but not everyone's are, so it serves as a good example to those whose aren't.

a. When you have a character accept something as impossible after clearly establishing that it actually IS possible, the net message is "If you encounter an obstacle to your dreams, give up without trying to find a workaround". I'm pretty sure that's not what the message we want to be sending.
b. The one time in all of canon that we saw Scootaloo accepting her limitations and finding a career which would make good use of her talents, we got the message that that was a BAD thing (referring, of course, to "The Washouts".
accepting your disabilities and limitations and working on something else that also makes you happy instead of forcing yourself too hard because of what people think you should be is inspiring, yes
@@BrownAutumnSeal Who said anything about "what people think you should be"? Multiple episodes had Scootaloo yearning for the experience of flight. Accepting your limitations is supposed to be about accepting that which cannot be changed, not giving up on your dreams while a potential workaround is right in front of you.
And regardless of what remedies may or may not exist for someone's disability, calling them "inspiring" for leading a perfectly ordinary life is commonly regarded as patronizing. Look up "inspiration porn" and you'll know what I mean.

If that was right then people would cradh everywhere and couldn't fly at all that because since the tree of harmony is magic and had a mind of its own so does magic so if a pegasus were to walk their wings might never fly or always fly and crash everywhere magic can be pretty prutal especially if you dont know how to control it like in the episode where twilight had to keep all of the alicorn magic to save equestria
Its supposed to come from a genetic part from a pegasus and the strength with it like an eye colour or a skin colour but if both parents are different for example the dad has green eyes and the mom blue theres a chance for heterochromia or when the dad is black and the mom is white theres a chance for virtiligo
Scootaloo has that she has the body form of her mom and the strength of her dad
Pegasus magic comes for within their genetics unicorns are the only ones with horns and the magic withing them if pegasus had the unicorn magic within them they would grow a horn thats how an alicorn works but scootaloo disability makes it so that she cant fly as well as other foals

I always saw it that every pony is born with magic. Earth pony’s are born with magic to make them stronger. Unicorns with magic to help their horns work and Pegasus are born with flight magic. I think because scootaloos parents traveled a lot. That maybe when scootaloo was an infant her parents took her with them on an adventure they thought was safe. And in doing so some creature took scootaloos flight magic. Leaving her disabled

well heres my theory. when rarity lost her mane twilight said it cant just come from nowhere this is probably the same with wing magic. scootaloos wing magic was probably saved for that new earth pony princess ( i dont remember her name ) so its probably the same magic from scootaloo that was used for the alicorn earth pony.

I honestly think scootaloo can’t fly because she wasn’t taught and so her wings aren’t strong enough. Even if she started doing wing exercises or well pony physical therapy (lmao) She probably still wouldn’t be able to fly due to confidence issues in an episode rainbow dash says a Pegasus needs confidence to fly and we can CLEARLY tell that’s what scootaloo lacks. With her parents being away all the time they probably didn’t teach her to fly so her wings never developed fully. And I’m sure she got bullied for it. Flutter shy got bullied for being bad at flying. This could also be a reason why she looks up to rainbow dash so much. Rainbow dash is confident and a good flyer and sadly confidence cannot be taught it’s something you have to do yourself (it’s like being shy. Most people never get over being shy and are constantly having to break a mental block to be more out spoken)

if that was the solution she probably just could have been put into classes or gone to any of the pegasi in town for help, also fluttershy was even less confident that scootaloo and still can fly so i personally feel confidence is needed in more of a mental way not a physical way to fly
@@BrownAutumnSeal scootaloo starts flying more often after being around rainbow dash, she doesn’t fly fully but she starts doing more sit stunts. Fluttershy is shy, her parents probably gave her enough confidence for her to fly around but her meeting the woodland creatures helped her gain more confidence and become a stronger flyer. Then in the episode where they have to make a tornado fluttershy becomes an even stronger flyer after getting over the mental block from being teased when she was younger.

When t Rex drained the magic scootaloo got part of it back but not enough to fly so unless t Rex returns it she can no longer fly
I searched on Google.. Her wings just don't work that way. They do work in some ways, just not like a normal Pegasus wing. she can occasionally use them to hover for a moment and she can propel herself forward on her scooter, but they never let her fly. She was presumably born like that

I think most of the reason she can’t fly is because he moms a Pegasus and Scoot got her moms wings. But Scoots dad is a earth pony. And Earth ponies are tough and heavy to break things easily while pegasi are light so they can fly. I think Scoot can’t fly because her earth pony genetic from her dad made her too heavy to fly. But, she is able to push on her scooter with her wings because they are strong enough to push her forward. But she’s just too heavy to pull herself up with her wings.
but pound cake has 2 earth pony parents and is fine, and if every pegasi with an earth pony parent couldnt fly there would probably be alot more that we would see who couldnt fly
