Andy's 5 Rules 1. 20 - 25 signs (2 highway exits, 3 major intersections, 2 signs on every turn to the house) 2. Focus on one person at a time. Don't break eye contact with them unless you know if they're an appointment or not. 3. Make ONE solid appointment 4. Know the neighborhood 5. If this is your sole method of prospecting commit 40-80 hours/week.

I followed Andy’s advise & I didn’t make eye contact with a guest that walked in while I was talking & focusing on one guest I was speaking with & she got upset because I didn’t acknowledge her

How do you create a market update for your farm specifically? Like a specific neighborhood? Do you happen to have a template? Like what to talk about? Obviously the recent solds and current listings. What else?
