- Hello! This will be our first series that journeys past the queen into the Ashlands! To add extra spice, we're going hard mode and without a map (hence semi-hardcore)! - portals are still on to save a TON of time sailing. We will be drawing our own map of the estimated landmasses and surroundings throughout the series, feel free to check out the seed and compare (but don't spoil, I'm not done yet!!) spawn busting is OP AF in Ashlands
3:27:50 I think you want "ash" stone portal at home when having "bu" stone portal at Ashlands. That way you could just bring stonecutter and rest materials needed to upgrade regular "ash" portal to stone one when needed.
yes the shield lasts forever without being attacked, it seems to scale with the damage difficulty too
Next playthrough, Epic Loot w/Adventure Backpack through to the Ashlands.
Epic loot needs some major balance tweaks it gets a bit silly in plains/mistlands being full legendary where you can roll over the very hard mobs. But maybe with CLLC again it could be fun

maybe it should be a text like when you enter a biome
why keep the fire besides the chickens? It is needed for the initial batch, but after that you only need the eggs.
why not a full breeder? lots of meat and eggs
i dont really like the breeder factory thing it doesnt look good in the base and is kinda cheesy, they produce eggs pretty fast once you get them going. thats a good point about the fire i didnt think it through.
you didn't find Haldor because you turned off Hugin, I wonder what a good compromise would be...
I must have missed something. How did you get chickens before you found Haldor?
