Hey, make sure that the cards frequency is the same as the reader's. You can also check if the column in you excels or google sheets are correctly defined.

This RFID reader is a plug and play device, any text editor app reads its input without configuration. by plugging its USB to the computer, it reads automatically.

how did you connect the RFID Device to google sheet
that RFID device is a plug and play device, you do not configurations.
