Good Job. Please Create Webpage and store data in database (XAMPP). with filter..
Am planning to make that video soon. Thanks
How can we add time stamp and date pls and thanks
hey great idea! Is it possible you apply this to a mini fridge?
Yeah I can be done, however withuch attention to not mess up the fridge
Hello sir! Can you help me with my spreadsheet 'cause my layout is similar to yours? I hope you can help me with this because I'm just a beginner and have no background with google sheet
@RadenReynaldo hello tell me what's not working, for me to know where to help you from
@@idukunda_lengo Your video helps me, and it's easy to understand.
I want to ask how you can assign RFID cards to every student and track their sign-in and sign-out times in every subject. Also, their status if they're present, absent, or late. Hoping you can help me because I really need this for my school project.
@@idukunda_lengo Can you create a video on how to assign an RFID tag to students and also in every swipe will record the time of sign in and out?
@RadenReynaldo I will soon . Thanks for the Idea
How to make that spreadsheet?..
@@gusionfasthand3747 creating in Google sheets or excel since the device is a plug and play
Hello! It sounds like you're working on an interesting project involving RFID technology and Google Sheets for an attendance system. Integrating RFID readers with Google Sheets can make for a streamlined, tech-savvy attendance solution. This approach typically involves: 1. RFID Reader: Scans the RFID card and reads the unique ID. 2. Middleware/Script: A program or script that processes the RFID scan data and sends it to Google Sheets (often using Google Apps Script or a third-party service). 3. Google Sheets: Logs the attendance data in real time, creating a record of the scanned IDs along with timestamps. If you need assistance with the steps involved, such as setting up the RFID reader, writing a script in Google Apps Script, or integrating with Google Sheets, I'd be happy to help. Also, your comment about Gaorfid.com sounds intriguing! It seems like there could be great insights related to RFID technology there. If you'd like, I can offer more specific information or suggestions on RFID applications. Let me know how I can assist!
Hi, do you need any script for the card automatically recognise it in Google Sheets? also can you configure the card to for a name etc.
@@burydefenceacademy The Device is a plug and play it does not require any scripting
@@idukunda_lengo would this also work with any RFID such as tokens?

Hello Great video. I am going to build one. 2 questions. How to program a sort of detection delay to be sure the contact is really open and it is no false contact interrupt. I was thinking about 3 second open before alarm. If shorter , no alarm. How to program that the gsm is called 3 or 5 or ......times when contact stays open. Grts

good job, thanks for your tutorial, by the way how to look date and time ?
Hey, this is great! My son is eager to learn IoT, and this would be a perfect starting point for him. Also, could you recommend a reliable online store to purchase the necessary components and materials?
you can checkout sunfounder starter kits on all shopping platforms.

Amazing 🎉
Do you need to have it plugged into the computer so that it collects the data or is it not necessary and it can work perfectly?
It is not necessary to always have it on the computer. When you are done with your coding, you can simply plug it on a power supply.
@@idukunda_lengo Thank You!
Link buy pls
can we use arduino nano for any kind of hacking?

yeaah, the indicator on the servo is not place correctly
Can you add a timestamp on here?
Yes sure, I'll try adding that
Hi! A student here. can you please tell me how did you connect the rfid reader and google sheet for reading functionality?? I'm working for a project and the deadline is almost due:(
I badly need it
This RFID reader is a plug and play device, any text editor app reads its input without configuration. by plugging its USB to the computer, it reads automatically.
@@idukunda_lengo can you teach me how will I able to fetch data? here's the prob. I have a sheet, this includes the rfid number in the column, now I want all the data to be transfered into another sheet based on the rfid number when its scanned
Which library you are using to send the data from python to arduino ?
It's through serial port, the app is made with Python Tkinter
This is an interesting video. I am wondering if it is possible to use this as an alarm system for a car alarm. I just found out thieves can open the trunk of my 2019 Chevy Malibu without setting off the alarm system and have stolen the valuables in my trunk. At one occasion we found the trunks of late model Chevrolet (Cruze , Malibu) all open. Do you think you could make something like this for that purpose?
how did you connect the RFID Device to google sheet
that RFID device is a plug and play device, you do not configurations.
Hi, i have the same rfid reader as you. But i could not link it to my spreadsheet
Thanks for the simplification brother you got my follow 😅😅
Thank you!!
how to set delay time to trigger?

@@idukunda_lengo Thank you very much. I really appreciate. 🙏
Hi, it is really interesting and I did trying on it. But a big issue for me now is that all of my card ID are the same for every rfid card. Could you suggest any solution for me?
Hey, make sure that the cards frequency is the same as the reader's. You can also check if the column in you excels or google sheets are correctly defined.
Hi Idukunda Lengo, interesting and simple solution :) Good job! Please, would you share some info about: - what device is (manufacturer, model)? - does it save RFID's ID cards only or something more (like time stamp - date and time)? Will be nice to have your feedback :) Cheers!
The brand is not specified. the only details give are 13.56MHZ RFID Card Reader MOD44 ,R17
