@@machemusic_ A question mark means that the expected column name was not found when generating the ticket. Please check what you have selected as the ticket header column in the add-on settings, and save a new value. You can then use the "remove all attendees" button and generate tickets again. You'll see the header setting after selecting "custom" as the ticket design.
Thanks @imrualice, Google Sheets limits how often formulas are recalculated, which is why sometimes, you don't see the update right away. You can try one of these solutions: - Reduce the refresh interval for your sheet in File -> Settings -> Calculation -> Recalculation. - In the "Extensions" menu, select "QR code ticket per row for attendance", then click on "Force-refresh check-in status" - Temporarily add a space after one of the codes in the "[Tracking Code]" column of your sheet. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
On the actions tab of the add-on, there is a "Attendees & check-ins cleanup" section (at the bottom), when you can find a "Remove all attendees" button. It will clean up all generated QR codes and remove them from the check-in app.
By default, tickets are sent by email, using the personal or professional Gmail account you're logged in with. Please reach out on the chat or at addons@trak.codes if you need to send tickets by SMS/Whatsapp/Telegram, etc.

I'm not sure I understand the use case, can you elaborate? If you want 4 people to have the same QR code, you can send the same ticket to everyone of them. Then, in the add-on settings, for check-in style, allow multiple check-ins per tickets, so each one of them can show their ticket and check-in can work, even if another person from that group showed up earlier. @urienadrianesuico2568 If you're getting strange issues like "Error 400" when trying to install or use the add-on, you're probably encountering the famous Google add-on multiple accounts issue. Basically, Google doesn't support installing or starting add-ons when you're currently logged into multiple Google accounts. Please try with another browser profile, or incognito window, or simply log out of other Google accounts and keep only one logged in. Do we have to send the tickets QR codes one by one or is there a way to send them all together at once?
You can send the tickets all at once, using the "Send QR tickets by email" section of the "Actions" tab.
