Most of us know lawyers aren't as thorough as they're made out to be on TV. You have your own best interests in mind and are the most motivated to learn more about what impacts this has on you. My lawyer also didn't communicate well, but I refused to sit there not having answers to questions. Many of us go and apply ourselves to find these answers. This system is designed specifically for low motivated, low information decision makers to go "the easy route". Lawyers get paid the most with the least amount of work, and M3 can point at this example to underpay future mass tort cases against them.
Nobody explained any of this to most of us…it’s been such a shit show…oh yeah Cory Watson attorneys gets zero fucking stars. Feels like just a big smoke show anyway thanks for the update.

DPP won't get paid until late 2025 or early 2026. The DPP point calculation isn't until October 2025.
Does anyone know how many chose the DPP?

Good explanation, and I hope the dates in the video are accurate, but these dates for DPP are different than a lot of other information out there.
