Captain Garrett sat there with a smug grin on her face, until she realised her ship’s main deflector had been utterly obliterated and couldn’t warp anywhere. If only they hadn’t chosen to battle in deep space…
Thinking about it these war variants of yours the Galaxy is definitely more powerful. But both in their original form. I think the gap between them was a lot closer, season 1-3 of TNG vs everything we know of the Ambassador and the shock of the heratio being destroyed. The war Galaxy was able to gain much more available power cause most of the ship was empty. Put sovereign Phasers on it, extra power available to boost shields, and the empty space to house far more torpedoes. The primary shield generator location was the weakness along with the minimal space to the warp core from underside of the engineering hull.
Not realistic at all mate. No way this would happen in the "real world". Only the game's inability to target subsystems gave the Ambassador class the win.
The AI does target subsystems, more than I do to be fair. It’s possible to win against a superior ship and I was clearly outmatched here. If I played the Galaxy against the Ambassador it would have been an easy fight
That was tough.
The mighty Ambassador Class. Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin.

😂
wow how did you get their shields down so quckly? Did you know the frequencies?
Dude, awesome. 🙂
Well fought!
Thank you! That was a tough one
There is literally no inertia in this game. 😂

This was Captain Garrett's Ambassador, not a contemporary Ambassador from TNG :)
@@adamlee2111 Was the galaxy war or stock? I'd love to see the war variants
