I'll definitely get the storm giant and both the tolls. I think I could really make the Nalfeshnie demon look cool as well and I have always loved Ropers and cloakers. To be honest I haven't been this excited about the unpainted line in awhile, all of these are amazing!

A few solid minis that I will have to pick up at some point. I probably need to get back to painting the 100+ I have lying around first. The zombie ogre, trolls, and gorilla definitely stand out.

Picked up and painted the raging troll recently. They look great and I especially love the unpainted version of that storm giant, can’t wait to get it seeing how I never got my hands on the monster menagerie III one. My local game store has all of the new models which I’m very happy about. Do you think stores will stock these for a while? Thanks for the 360 views, as this allows for a good look at the figures before buying them. Great stuff guys!

It really depends on your store, but sometimes the highly sought after minis go quickly and become tough to track down. But in general, you should be able to find any of these for a good while. -Theo

I kinda wish they would make a Troll Queen. In the old versions of DnD the trolls were a matriarchal society ( as far as you can call a group of them a society), I always loved the fluff talking a out how the males would compete for the rights to breed with the top females often leading to one having it's head torn off and having to grumpily wait a few weeks for it to regenerate..... I miss 2nd ed so much lol

Quick tip for the translucent parts: you can use a sharpie instead of a watered-down wash and it'll stay completely translucent.

For the models with translucent parts I suggest using a wash for them, and you can make your own wash at home for basically no extra money.
You'll need
1. A small jar to hold the wash, I use little glass jars my mother has left over from yogurt she eats, or a baby food jar works great.
2. A lid for the jar or some aluminum foil to cover it.
3. Common dish soap
4. The color of paint you want to make your wash.
5. Water I use just plain tap water but you may need to get filtered water if you have mineral deposits in your water.
First you want to get the consistency of your wash right and because of no two paints ever acting the same even with different brands you will needs to experiment ( and it's often a good idea to write the finished recipe down for future use . As a rule of thumb I usually start with just under equal parts paint to water after I mix the two I put some on my brush an test it on a finger nail or just a little on my hand from there you can add paint or water to get your wash. Next add two or three healthy drops of dish washer soap which will cause the solution to freely flow to the crevices of the model.
There are many other ways to make washes , most are better but this is easy and cheap for a start

Hey folks. If painting has you the least bit worried. Looking the contrast paint from Games Workshop. Yes the paint is pricy but it will do absolutely amazing things for your models with little to no skill.

Yeah the Raging Troll is a prime example of that. It's smaller than the original troll and twice the price. I don't mind the size being smaller but hell it should have been larger slightly due to the price.

I really wish you would knock off putting down yourself! painting skills Theo! You do a great job, especially for models that are above just table ready imo bud!
