Thanks for watching! All feedback is appreciated.
I've been looking for the simplest way on putting this together. So far, this is the best!
Glad to hear that! I appreciate it.
Your video is so much easier to understand than others where they don't explain a thing.
Thank you! I’m glad I was able to help :)
Great video! You did a better job than battery tender themselves.
Aawww thank you :)
Thank you I just recently bought one and this was easy to understand.
Awesome! I’m glad it was helpful :)
Great vid / l love to seeing women who work on bike with ease and explain work well. 👍
Thanks for your support 🤘🏽
Great video exactly what I was looking for
Thank you! I’m glad I could help :)
you are the first one i have seen to do negatve first. normally you attach postives first and when removing you remove negative then positive. Why did you do negative first then positive?
Oh no! I did do that :( shoot! I’ll make a note on the video. Thanks for pointing that out 🤦🏽♀️
I think you can charge the battery while still attached to the car or motorcycle. Just run an extension cable to it. But I have the bigger battery tender, the one with the alligator clips
Yes of course! But my parking lot does not have any outlets :( more work for me hehe
U can ur actually supposed to
Adding this to my playlist 💯
Thanks for doing this video I saw all 3 green lights come on and thought something was defected looks like this norm
You’re welcome! I’m happy to help it was useful :)
Awesome video, thanks !
You’re welcome :)
Cool video but why not put the battery back in the bike and leave the pigtail accessible for battery tender use
I don’t have an outlet near my bike :(
If I’m putting away my bike for winter and do this method (my shed doesn’t have an outlet) do I leave the battery in for winter months or do I have to occasionally take it off of the charger and put it back every few weeks for winter?
I would just keep it charging.
This video helped out to me
Thank you 😊
You’re very welcome :)
If you have an outlet near your bike you can wire that connector into your battery on the bike permanently, and leave the connector hanging out or hide it in the frame. Then you can just plug it in without removing the battery.
Agree :) unfortunately there’re no outlets in this parking lot :(
@@thatmotogal You need to wheelie that bike right on inside the house then! 😂
@@freeduc 😂 my dream. One day!
Seems simple enough thx.
It really is! :)
Thank you moto gal 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
You’re very welcome 🤘🏽
So does the battery tender have to be plugged in all the time? I live in Chicago and I would have to store my bike for a couple of months bc of winter also does the battery tender consume a lot of electricity?
Yes, you have to leave it connected. It won’t damage the batter. The battery tender will feed the right voltage to the battery to keep it healthy.
Oh! I forgot to answer your last question. No, they do not consume a lot of electricity.
So once the tender is full charged and the battery is in the bike, I can just leave the tender attached, correct?
Leave the tender plugged in to the wall? Yeah, it shouldn’t be a problem.
@@thatmotogal Maybe I don't understand, so I apologize, but my assumption is that you plug the tender into the wall, fully charge it, unplug it and then you can just attach and leave it on your bike for the long term, right?
@@IDKMYBFFDPJ I’m sorry I’m not understanding either lol. You can leave your battery attached to the tender for as long as you want. It won’t damage the battery.
@@thatmotogal hes asking if you can fully charge the tender first then unplug it from the wall and then attach it to the battery
The battery tender stays plugged in to a outlet while attached to your battery, as long as it is plugged into an outlet it will continuously charge and maintain your battery during storage. When you plan to ride again disconnect your battery tender from your outlet and then disconnect the tender from the battery and enjoy your ride :) read the manual to know which order to disconnect what
Thank you
🤘🏽🏍️
I picked up this model of tender. I had the noco one and it never worked.
I’ve never tried Noco. Have you given this brand a try? I haven’t had any problems with it.
i love you...THANKS
Hi what time need waiting charge
A few hours should do the trick.
The tender will also tell you when it’s all charged up.
hi lady, if we dont' remove battery out motocycle is ok to charge ?
Oh yeah. I just had to do it this way because my parking lot doesn’t have an outlet near by
@@thatmotogalmost aggravating thing to find out after you’ve installed a tender
@@lukewhatidid1735 we live and we learn :)
whats blinking green mean float mode right like a trickle..?
This is from the Indicator Light Operation Manual :)
GREEN FLASHING - When the green light is flashing, and the red light is on, the battery is greater than 80% charged and may be removed from the charger and used if necessary. Leave the battery on charge until the green light is solid whenever possible. Once the green light begins to flash, it will remain flashing until the battery charger output current drops below the optimum recharge threshold, or until the absorption timer expires.
I hope that’s helpful.
My battery tender shows a steady green light, when I went to start it I had no juice.????
Aawww then your battery is probably Dead DEAD :(
I have the whole battery out of the motorcycle can I charge it like that too all these videos make no sense
Yes you can :)
