After you watch, tell me this: what is the one thing you're going to let go of so you can achieve more by doing what matters most. 😊

I am going to be 'present' more with the people I love and focus on the simple things all around us that cost nothing and bring joy.

The continuous improvement made by short shots of your english episodes are very useful for me. Maybe you are not aware how good is your method and pronunciation for non-speakers like me.

I am learning English with pleasure. I am 69 years old and retired. You have reminded me once again that the transition from FOMO to JOMO is in my case the main task for the rest of my life. :) Thank you very much, Anne Marie.

Hi Anne Marie, your name tells me maybe you have French ancestors, anyways i would first like to wish you à happy new year with good health for you and your family, and please carry on with quality vidéos like this one it 's always à pleasure for an old learner like me.Well talking about method what i personnaly do is trying to work at least 2 hours per day , considering i am now retired it is easier, first of all i love reading, right now i am in the Middle of "the pursuit of hapiness" by Douglas Kennedy , i practise reading out loud most of the time on a daily basis while hicking in the Woods ! Some people might think i am crazy but i am not ! Of course i am also listening à lot on youtube mainly. Furthermore i appreciate writing little reviews like this one.thank you again hope to get more vidéos from you.best regards.Serge.

Hey Serge, indeed, I do have French ancestors. 😊 But from many generations ago.
It sounds like you have a wonderful system in place with your reading, listening, and writing - this all contributes to effective practice. Bravo.

Thanks for the question. Understanding someone's level requires a full exam that incorporates reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
