Michael Gerard Tyson (born June 30, 1966) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1985 to 2005. Nicknamed "Iron Mike" and "Kid Dynamite" in his early career, and later known as "The Baddest Man on the Planet", Tyson is considered to be one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time.[6] He reigned as the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990. Tyson won his first 19 professional fights by knockout, 12 of them in the first round. Claiming his first belt at 20 years, four months, and 22 days old, Tyson holds the record as the youngest boxer ever to win a heavyweight title. He was the first heavyweight boxer to simultaneously hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles, as well as the only heavyweight to unify them in succession. The following year, Tyson became the lineal champion when he knocked out Michael Spinks in 91 seconds of the first round. In 1990, Tyson was knocked out by underdog Buster Douglas in one of the biggest upsets in history.
In 1992, Tyson was convicted of rape and sentenced to six years in prison, although he was released on parole after three years. After his release in 1995, he engaged in a series of comeback fights, regaining the WBA and WBC titles in 1996 to join Floyd Patterson, Muhammad Ali, Tim Witherspoon, Evander Holyfield and George Foreman as the only men in boxing history to have regained a heavyweight championship after losing it. After being stripped of the WBC title in the same year, Tyson lost the WBA title to Evander Holyfield by an eleventh round stoppage. Their 1997 rematch ended when Tyson was disqualified for biting Holyfield's ears, one bite notoriously being strong enough to remove a portion of his right ear. In 2002, Tyson fought for the world heavyweight title, losing by knockout to Lennox Lewis.
Tyson was known for his ferocious and intimidating boxing style as well as his controversial behavior inside and outside the ring. With a knockout-to-win percentage of 88%, he was ranked 16th on The Ring magazine's list of 100 greatest punchers of all time,[14] and first on ESPN's list of "The Hardest Hitters in Heavyweight History". Sky Sports described him as "perhaps the most ferocious fighter to step into a professional ring". He has been inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame and the World Boxing Hall of Fame. - กีฬา

Down Goes Frazier!
No matter what people say about Mike's era of boxing, the fact that he faced off against legit heavyweights who towered over and massively outweighed him, and regularly threw them across (and sometimes out) of these rings with nothing but his fists, can never be taken from him.
fr 🔥🔥🦇
People didn’t like him cause he was ahead of his time, I like to call the late 80s and 90s the time of toxicity cause of gangster rap
But this is early 80s Tyson mostly
Not only much bigger than him, but Mike was only 20 when he won the world title which means most of his opponents had alot more experience!
I remember watching Tyson fights in 80s when I was a kid and it always felt like Tyson was a big heavyweight even though he's only like 5'11. He fought a guy who's 6'2-6'5 but once the fight started, Tyson just look as big as his opponent because he closed the gap so quickly and throwing punches from all angles.
@@robnhood1416 "Tyson looked as big as his opponent because he closed the gap so quickly..."
Which is ironic because his squat posture actually made him even shorter. But yeah once he closed that gap and leapt into someone's jaw, it didn't matter how tall they were when they're face down.
@@Tenchigumi Guys like Tubbs, Tucker, Bruno, Holmes, all had a great jab, but Tyson was so quick back then, he only need to dodge one jab and suddenly he was in front of them and their only option was to ties him up.
Boxing will never be the same this was the golden era
What i love about Tyson is his heart. He helps his opponents get up. He still set boundaries between him and his dark side. Even though his knocking people out.
I so agree with Mike Tyson is a great fighter and has a big heart even though he went threw some hard times and when he bit what's his name ear I still has respect for Mike Tyson and what did he go to prison for
@@leroyisvr1017evander holyfield
i ear you
He was under hypnosis
bro literally ate someones ear
The fact that you hear the punches land on such old recordings sends chills down my spine
And Jake Paul wants to fight against this? Nah I'd shit my pants.
Id rather bd bullied for not fighting than actually fighting him@@luckybutunlucky8937
@luckybutunlucky8937 its not a fight, mike is putting jake to sleep and reading him a lullaby
@@raynmarve I hope so, I didn't know but Jake made a joke about his dead daughter I guess.
Tyson put people down so easy he got me layin in bed, cheeto dust on my fingers, feelin like I could knock people out too.
"Don't attempt this at home"....."Ok"
that cracked me up!
Tyson fights were like nothing before or since. You did NOT miss his fights even though you knew they might only last a few minutes because you knew you were witnessing greatness. A legend for the ages.
Mike's body shot, uppercut combo was the best in boxing 🥊 history!
That shit is amazing
At 5:30 😨
Agree
@@josephh3696hell yeah 👍🏾
And his roll into lead hook....the art of decapitation
There'll never be another mike tyson. He was a force to be reckoned with. A prime mike tyson would have ragdolled any person on the planet.
Not Logan or Jake Paul
@@jimbobjim2310bro are you high 😂😂
....
Absolutely 💯 spot on
Even if you were blocking those punches hurt ... what a monster
Yup! 3:16 gotta be one of his best highlights
He’s got powerful punches true, but what amazes me is his mobility, speed, and technique. You throw a punch at Tyson you just get your jaw jacked after he slips and plants his foot his foot on the other side of you(all before you even recover the first punch).
Exactly dude was swole af but still moved like crazy
@@afonsofigueiredo7037 he was summoned by Cus
He had underrated cardio too
It's as close to teleporting around your opponent like an anime character as it gets.
I don't know why he lot to Lewis
Death, Taxes, and Mike Tyson not knowing which corner to go to when he knocks someone down.
The last great era of boxing. He was remarkable. It only took one shot. Just one and you were absolutely done. And he punched so fast you could barely see the thing connect absent a slow-motion replay. The GOAT.
Anyone that says that can beat him in his prime is insane 😂😂😂 he is The Goat 🐐
1000%
I truly appreciate how he always checked on his opponent after the fight. That shows true sportsmanship.
Well when you hit so hard he’s gotta check on them lol😂😅
I think that instinct only kicked in after he knew they were beaten. Before that, he comes with everything.
I loved it when the commentator said "that's it, Goodnight" 😂😂😂
Mike Tyson was the greatest boxer ever ❤
Roberto Duran was technically the best of all time. Mike Tyson would have beaten anyone in his prime.
Agreed. 💪😎
اتفق
تايسون اعظم ملاكم
I agree with you
I agree Tyson was the BEST💪💪💪💪
With such power, speed and accuracy, Tyson could have killed someone in the ring. He was a monster!
His footwork was insane. All of his knockouts were just so violent. This man was special and if Cus never died, he never goes off the deep end and loses a fight. The death of Cus destroyed this man.
If Cus had not died, Mike's battles with Hollyfield and Lewis would have been different. However, Mike was terribly lost after Cus' death.
@@jaroslawszymanski3920 I truly believe he would have beat anyone.
Mike knows how to channel is inner rage, anger, and warrior.
Mike is ferocious
Mike Tyson, the best boxer ever, facts.
80s he was unstoppable
Whos here after jake paul announced hes fighting tyson?😂
Don't why he's fighting at this age
Don't be fooled by this stunt. Tyson will go easy on Jake. It's just a money scheme. You have to be a real nut to take that fight seriously
So me 😂😂
Me 😂
@stmordi
If it were a real fight and jake paul were to get caught with the Mike Tyson signature right to the kidney followed by right uppercut jake would wake up crying.
Tyson made a mockery of every fighter he faced in the 80s. He made every fighter look weak. He made Berbek look like a beginner and he was current heavy weight champion in the world. Tyson was just 20. Unbelievable!
I wonder how many fighters got told we got you a fight with Mike Tyson when he was relatively new, watches a highlight reel of him and said "you know what I'm good"
The sound his punches make, pure power.
Incredible Ferocious fighter. And at the end he show much respect to his opponents. I love it. Thanks elterribleproduction for your work. We love this
Yes Tyson is phenomenal. Thanks for watching and sharing please
Yes, great respect afterwards.. A few he ran over and actually helped them UP!!! lol
He would tap them on the glove afterwards, even if they ignored him. That's mad respect.
Nobody was fucking with him George Foreman even said in an interview he didn’t want to fight him🤣🤣🤣 he said he wanted no parts of that back in the day.
I love seeing knockouts, but I also love when fighters care about their opponents. For many it's how they feed their families, and I respect that.
I don't know much about boxing, but I do know this. Mike Tyson in his prime would have done well in any era of boxing. Who would be dumb enough to get in the ring with Kid Dynamite? His fists are like thunder and lightning. 🥊⚡🥊🌩️ So fast, you won't have time to react. So powerful, you won't stand. That combination of thunder and lightning are the scariest thing I have ever seen in boxing. No one can match Tyson in that regard. Love this video.
Tyson was lightning but he doesn't have a mental. Look all his losses by knockout never by points decision. With boxer like Ali, Foreman he couldn't for sure
@@ElTerribleProduction yeah but could they take a hit from Tyson?
Build the time machine, bring them ALL to Vegas in their prime, , ...Mike Tyson WINS every fight...
HANDS down!
its not even close!
Ali would run run away like he did from the army..what a coward
@@BEAR8419 Muhammad Ali was no coward. He was a man of great courage and stood tall in his beliefs. He fought for equality for African Americans everywhere and was a huge component of the Civil Rights Movement. Good for him, not wanting to go to Vietnam, for thinking killing off people in a pointless war was nothing more than tomfoolery.
That knockout of Botha is one of the best knockouts i ever saw in boxing. That right hand was perfect like a masterpiece.
1985-88 he was just destroying people
All bums though
5 foot 10 and he was still knocking out these behemoths. Absolute legend
👀 Mike Tyson is NOT human, he has intergalactic supernatural strength 😮
Super Human explosive power
Punch my grandma in the intergalactic explosive tiddies
There will be no Muhammad Ali or mike Tyson anymore in this life
Yea. Jake Paul ruined it.
Goddamn could that man hit. He was fast and he stepped into his punches. Calculated flurries. Goddamn was that man good.
Tyson was concerned about his opponents, every fight he checked on them, that makes him the GOAT
Tysons the goat
There will only be one Mike Tyson. He gave us great fights. I had just gotten hear from Cuba and 85 when he was coming up. Impressive
Yes is the only phenomenon in boxing after Ali. Thanks for watching José and for your support
@@ElTerribleProduction you bring great videos thank you. 👍🏿👍🏿
@@JoseDiaz-yl9sh thanks for watching and sharing please

11 straight minutes of this dude absolute savagery
I feel like I can fight better just watching Mike fight
!!!!
Mr Tyson is My hero I study all his movements and techniques as if I were in a classroom . One man I wish I could meet sometime in my life . Forever my idle 👏
Half of his KO's are supreme.. other half are his opponents flopping and surrendering cos they fear imminent death.. i honestly don't know which makes Tyson more magnificent
THANKS El Terrible
Thanks you too for watching and supporting
Ali and 'Iron Mike' - I'm proud to say I watched both of them.
Ali can’t hold a candle to Tyson Ali was all talk and had lay up opponents!…. Total dark boy compared to Mike in his prime 😎
Iron Tyson💪
4:25 is the funniest knockdown of Mike Tysons career. Ribalta didn't see it coming. The face of disbelief hahaha
Ribalta was 6'5 , he mustnt believe a punch from a midget could threw him away like that lol
@@robnhood1416 No matter how many times I watch it. I still laugh out loud.
Legend no doubt a special fighter he was unique 100%
It's crazy Mike Tyson is so powerful and strong he has dynamite in both hands😮
Bro he would knock people out so hard, their bodies would need a sec before they noticed.
6:20 was not expecting Kevin Harlan commentary at a mike Tyson fight 😭
One thing I respect 🙏 from Tyson is that every time beats is aponents he gives them a huge
@5:19. That was a SHARP, QUICK, FAST, AND POWERFUL CUT! gosh damn you could barely see it.
This own really is the GOAT 🐐 much respect 😅
The. Dude. Was. An. Absolute. Machine.
Awesome video! Mike Tyson is my favorite. Growing up watching him, Mike Tyson will always be the best to me. This Mike Tyson. Every generation has their guy and everyone was just in awe when a Mike Tyson fight was on. Thank you. This was a great video.
Thanks for liking and watching. I remember when I was kid, he was a giant for me
❤😊😅😮
≤
O😅
I find it hard to believe that we can see another fighter with so much grip, so much speed and with a perfect dodging technique. Furthermore, Tyson has always been a humble man who respected his opponents, I consider him the greatest boxer of all time due to his merciless set of qualities capable of destroying any opponent.
I like this introduction, I'm happy to hear this , I'm a fan of you, from philippines
To me his KO of Marvin Frazier is not only the most devastating but the most scariest and concerning
i'm still surprised mike didn't end up with a homicide charge.
He spent more time in the neutral corner than he did his own.
Best Tyson Tribute on YT for sure !!!!!!!
Thanks I try to made the best for all fans
❤DAMN HE'S A KILLING MACHINE IN HIS PRIME 🔥🔥🔥
Such a gentleman after knocking them out first hahaha
Mike is a warrior. He was always in it to WIN IT !
I just watched his interview with cus that lasted an hour. Then go to this video afterwards. Wow he is the greatest heavyweight that will ever live cus was right
All punches are too powerful. 🥶🥶
The most electrifying boxer of all time ❤
He was so good that his name became a word for being good at fighting lol
I don't know shit about boxing but I love watching Mike Tyson knock someone out and then help them back up and make sure they're okay.
Mike Tyson best fighter ever lived!
The GOAT of Boxing with Ali
@@ElTerribleProduction Yes bro, Ali and Tyson two most unique fighters of all times. Best skills, two BIG LEGENDS!
@@milanbelovukovic8252 2 differents styles but they are the Best
what an aabsolute beast man!
Very few ppl ever know what they were born to do. What they are truly the best at. Mike Tyson knows.
His footwork and head movement were other worldly, and his power was astonishing. Lightning quick too. I never get sick of watching his highlights. I wish I could've been alive during his prime, Ali too.
Tbh I don’t see boxers today knocking people down like flies like the GOAT MIKE TYSON ❤❤ the paul brothers wish
Anything but respect?
You better ask somebody.
THE CHAMP.
Incredible
Love how mike went to see his opponents after each KO, you can tell that he realy respected all of them.
I REMADE THE VIDEO BECAUSE THE END WAS CUT !!! I DON'T KNOW WHY. THANKS FOR LIKING AND AGAIN SHARING PLEASE
Thank you, never stop. love these videos and the music :)
Thanks for your support
thanks for your work. We love this
@@rdjv9502 thanks for liking and keep watching
Mike had a huge grudge or appetite for Don Long and Bruno (second fight)...his approach towards beating them was brutal and out of proportion!
I love his head movement
Mike Tyson life story is epic like Iliad...
That Holmes ko is brutal.
You will never see his like again legend of the ring
Mike tyson was one of the greatest
This is what happens when you have an old school trainer working with a lost kid with great athleticism and strength but no direction. Ppl say Tyson was great and he is. Maybe the best heavy weight of all time but he would have been in prison or dead if Cus didn’t save him and train him into the monster he became. They loved each other and it shows. Tyson is passionate while beating your face in.
Thanks for your incredible work 😃
So nice of you
The sheer force and crushing pressure of his blows is unreal.
Street fighter, raw talent! !
Combos, fighting.. boys was getting hit!
love this! ❤
1:43 if you think this is a 'cheap shot' you dont know how adrenaline works
I love how the ref gives Mike a dirty look when it's the _ref's_ job to intervene and protect the other fighter.
i needed to watch real boxing after watching logan vs dillon fight
Mike Tyson ..a Legend!
Great editing. Nicely timed Mike's punches with the sound of drums. Pretty cool
Got to say, Best of all highlight vids my friend.
I've watched these highlights a zillion times, but only just now notice that in many flights, Mike simply pushed his opponent down for the K.O, and spared him unnecessary damage. Of course there was SOME that weren't so lucky...😒
All the fighters who fought mike when he came out of jail didn't want any part of him in the 80s they knew they couldn't handle him no one could deal with this beast of a man we will never see a pure fighting machine like Mike it was worth staying up all through the night to watch him I couldn't miss his fights the heavyweight scene has become dead now
I remember seeing that Reggie gross fight as a kid and I’ve never forgotten it. That was something rlse
God I wish we could time travel this Mike to today's era
Thanks a lot man 😊

That left hook was absolutely amazing. You could see they planned for it, but there was nothing they could do to stop it!
