I’m glad I found you. I got this miter saw yesterday and it definitely needs to be calibrated and squared. And thank you for getting to the point quickly.
I just got my saw for my birthday. Thanks for pointing all this out. I had no idea how to adjust it and I learn better when it's explained to me nice and clear. So thanks again. I'll subscribe, cause beer is expensive. 😃😃
You're welcome and thanks for the subscribe!
I got this to do base boards and crown in my house when we were building. I noticed with the arm out there being something off. This showed me the fence adjustment probably needs done. thanks. I was concerned because I would like to dabble in some wood working stuff but was iffy with an inaccurate saw. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Hey great video I just purchased this saw yesterday I haven’t even used it yet. I didn’t know that it might need to be calibrated. I will definitely check it out and do as you described.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you
Man ,I love Jacko so much that I hate him! But I love him! Straight to tje point bulls eye
Good for you!
Thanks
Thank you John. I have the same saw and notice that my 0 is accurate but 45 is off 1-2 degrees. Any suggestions?
Gosh that's frustrating! But I don't think it's super uncommon... you might just need to manually set the angle while keeping that error in mind. Let us know if you figure it out though!
I have that exact same saw. It stopped working after about 6 projects but the shadow light still works. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with my saw
Gosh, that must be frustrating... I don't know what would cause that.. sorry.
Can we leave the miter saw in the garage when it's winter time? im mean colds
As long as it stays dry
