Guys! It's been too long and we promise that won't happen again. We just needed a break from the hustle and bustle of making videos day in and day out. We had a wonderful trip to Bali and Singapore, from where we have a number of videos coming up. We will be uploading every second day the next 20 days, so be prepared for a lot of epic content! Thanks so much for waiting for us. We have missed you guys! Big hugs from us two!
Really enjoyed that, as an Danophile Englishman who lives for his annual trip to sty with my Danish friend in Copenhagen and beach house I find most, if not all danish food vlogs unwatchable. Really enjoyed this, I'll be re-watching it lots of times! I no longer eat Danish pastries in Britain as they're far to sweet, but i do travel to London twice a year for my smorrebrod fix at a cafe run by a Danish cookery writer. Hope you'll do some more Danish videos as i love them!
Exceptional editing/compiling skills in this new release, as well as content. Thank you for the insight into your roots. Kudos from a Portuguese-born New Yorker. Missed you guys while you were away on your most recent exile; but sometimes a break is needed in order to reinvigorate ones own creativity. Welcome back, and am eagerly awaiting your new content.
That is such a cool video guys. Thank You for telling about the traditional Danish dishes and the places that you can find all of them. I just arrived in Copenhagen and this video helped me a lot and saved a lot of time. I will definitely try Stegt Flaesk and Smorebread. Thanks again ...because I understand how much hard work you guys must have been putting to create this video. Take care!
Linje Aquavit or Linje Akevit is a Norwegian schnapps, which gets its special taste when stored in oak barrels that have been used for storing sherry. The name of the schnapps comes from the fact that the 4.5 months of storage takes place on board merchant vessels that cross the equator ('line'), the schnapps is stored for a total of 18 months. The name and route of the ship are indicated on the back of the label.
Enjoyed the Denmark food tour. The chocolate milk from mathilde I drink here in Germany I get it from the US military commissary as a retired Army soldier when I shop there.

😘😘😘😘! And we realize how much we miss you guys’ comments!!
So that pastry with the custard that we call a "Danish" is going out of style in Denmark?!. How ironic
Welcome back, really missed you. Now looking forward to your videos and then lots more from Portugal after. The food looked absolutely amazing, and oh my god that fried pork at the end, I could kill to eat that.... Do you have a link to how to make it, maybe you can point me to a video or something, I would love to try, but I guess you saying it's hard, it might be a tad difficult. Much love... 😘😘😘
Tobi Hughes thanks for your kind words! It’s called stegt flæsk med persillesovs. Maybe google it and then translate the recipe :)
