      Bro be practical.
India's GDP is approx 4 trillion and you think it should be 10 times? 40 Trillion? Not even the US has that much, it's Approx 29 Trillion.
And you're considering population? China too has roughly the same population as India, still they're not even close to the US in terms of GDP.
      China ≈ 18 Trillion.

If we take Mughals, Arabs and Turks... Just imagine.
If no invader and colonizer ever set foot on India till today, wonder what the country would be like as of today. But honestly, even before the Muslim invaders set foot into India, it was the lack of unity among Indian kings that destroyed India.

  • @kavyasharma517

    Fascinating parts are that:-
-even before the Mughal rule, when the Indian civilization (calling it a civilization because no country existed more than 300 years ago) was under "Hindu" rule, students from modern day Turkey to Japan used to come to Indian international universities, Takshashila and Nalanda University (oldest university in the world) to study so that take the knowledge back and do good things in their own homelands
-the $43 trillion USD is the rough estimate for the stuff that is accounted for, it can be a lot more
-the railways was made by British using Indian metals, most of what then was ripped out to make guns in the WWs
-190 million Indians were killed between 1880 to 1920, 40 years among the 200 years of colonial rule
And even then 49% of British people think that the colonialism was a force for good, because they were delibrate measures to remove this stuff from being taught from British history in school

Why natives of USA is called Red Indians.
    Yes it's linked to India.
They have missed so many things in video above ... Spices, carpets, horses, Gold, Diamond etc.
Colombus took different route and reached west indies and named it west of India as he was looking for India.
Then reached USA and met natives and named them Red Indians in 14 century. Just guess where India was in 14-15 th century ... Our old temples, forts will amaze you built in 7-12 th centuries.

Im an Indian now in America. I couldn’t even completely watch the whole video as its emotional. Our Indian history is less known to westerners for sure. All they can go east is about Holocaust. Atrocities done by European colonialism, looting , demolishing, demoralizing , everything to extreme without guilty , not even a sorry till date. Most of the Europe is built on exploitation.
Fast forward , if now the developed countries talk about third world countries and say why we are not acting the same as them, it doesn’t make sense to local people. We are still fighting for the irreversible damage , poverty and casteism that’s left us divided.

Caste system was invented by the Britts. What we had was the Varna system, which grouped the citizens based on their profession they took part in, namely Scholars, Warriors, Businessmen and the Civic duty performers. The Britts made it into a grouping by birth. Plus, the Britts brainwashed/encouraged the warrior caste and the scholar caste into a fake sort of superiority above the other castes, while they asked the missionaries to convert the oppressed castes. Divide and rule!!! They broke down the Gurukuls and replaced them with missionary schools giving western education. They made the warriors leave their weapons and forget their martial skills. They exploited the business class by charging inhumane taxes and causing man made famines. Winston Churchill was an expert in engineering famines. They forced our farmers to cultivate indigo(as europe needed indigo to whiten their clothes) instead of rice grains and pulses. Cultivation of indigo causes the land to go barren. Easy for them to engineer famines after that. They brainwashed the civic duty performers class into a revolt against the scholars, warriors and the business class. This is how they broke us and we are still recovering from these traumatising things done to our society. Not to forget that prior to this 200 year timeline, we were under the Islamic rule for over 800 years. So, it was 1000 years of foreign occupation for us. That trauma is instilled in our DNA, but we don't opt the path of revenge. We just want to re-establish our way of life. 🙏

It's unfortunate that post colonialism India's perception as 3rd world currently dominates over thousands of years of history when it was always in top 3 world economies while it's colonial history is only 200-250 yrs. We aren't demotivated tho, every empire falls but we've stood tall for 5k yrs & r keen to revive our civilization's glory.

The caste system of Indian hindu culture says caste is a varna ,ie based on one’s occupation and changes with it . After british rule , Indian govt based on british ideas tells that caste is fixed to a person and comes by birth . Flaws are one cannot marry other caste person or even felt more caste emotional than a patriotic to this country

Just want to point out that the current perceived caste system didn't always exist in India. Ancient Indians followed the Varna system, which placed one in a specific caste based on their skills. It was not forbidden to change caste. It was only after the Muslim invasions, where certain castes accepted Islam, that caste became more rigid. Then what followed was years of Church propaganda. This video explains it very well, please give it a watch when you get a chance. th-cam.com/video/0vK2dU-9Nik/w-d-xo.htmlsi=hhvc2Dk2L1GQVT1X

Also fun fact, the British royal navy contracted the Wadia group in India to build their ships. As it was stated that no other people were able to build such strong ships. Then the rockets they used were reverse engineered from Tipu Sultans rockets. Francis Scott Key was on one of these ships watching the reverse engineered rockets bursting in the air. Where we get the US Anthem from. He later finished writing the anthem while staying at the Indian Queen Hotel in Baltimore.

Only good thing is as the new genrations are coming up there is less damage on their psyc and that's why world is now seeing more dominent Indians on world stage and a new generation which doesn't give a shit what anyone else thinks about them. The lingering effects that you say, thats the government stance these days. Hope the west understands that. Especially when it comes to West World problems. We know certain things aren't right in the world, but the government believes that it is not our problem, especially when it is not created by us definitely. Hence we do whats best in our interest. The understanding is very logical and simple.

I feel Gujrat young generation is so much Smart in education no matter there family are poor or Rich but at least young generation complete their 12th to college level in low income class family children also. Middle classes and higher class family child finish college and master level almost. That is far better than i see in eastern Europe.

This video just covers the financial which we will get back! But the real damage they did was they destroyed our infrastructure our education system we were 96% literate before they came and were 23% when they left in 1947, our life expantancy was 70 years before and went down to 37. So they destroyed our education system, healt systems, laws in other words systematically they made an effort to wipe out our civalisation. 1st and 2nd world wars we had nearly 2 million soldiers fighting in Europe, Africa Asia. They are responsible for the starvation they caused compared to them Hitler was an angle. We became a third world country. They do not teach their colonial history due to the genocide and barbaric nature of their rule. Millions died due to famines , plagues droughts etc. Due to our high population we could have slaughtered them at anytime but our religion and teachings of turning the other cheek.and respect of life stopped us. I am glad that videos like these is being made to show what Indian civalusation was newtons law was plegerised like thousands more. Even now just watch anything regarding India on BBC and all you will see is nagativity about India.
