Fools, the real immersion is in asking "Spare a coin for an old beggar?" to every single person you walk into even if you've seen them 16+ times just that morning
That first bandit encounter was so cool. Running to someone you thought was a guard but was just another bandit so you jump off the bridge and wash up on shore down the river. That felt like a tv show, very exciting
@@soulreaper2008 ah, thank you for that, I did not realise why he he jumped off the bridge when I first watched it so I thought he just did it for some random RP reason or something. I genuinely would play a game where you’re almost like an npc in a game, like you’ll meet the main protagonist and have them help you, and hear the news of the things they do
After many years of slaying dragons, Draugr, skeletons and much more, the Dovahkhin has spent his wealth in a way that will haunt him forever. He went broke buying all the cheese wheels in mead in all the nearby towns. After his wealth going away nobody took him seriously. These are, the stories of the Dragonborns life after a life of fighting.

At 9:08 that woman seemed quite scared! I think she was more intimidated than generous, you chose to beg her at the top of a dark staircase standing a few steps above her! And a murder literally just happened right around the corner!! 😂
Here's some interesting stories: - Life of a Carpenter - Life of a Blacksmith - Life of a Scholar (maybe a mage interested in books or what-not) - Life of a Hunter
I like thinking that Bandit explorer that attacked The Rat King, was chasing him down the whole time, having killed his Beggar friend and killing countless others in a pursuit to kill the other that got away. And then finding his trail led all the way to Whiterun where he went on a killing spree desperately trying to get to the Rat King only to finally be stopped by the Guard.
I've been roleplaying my own Skyrim "life as" character. Life as a stealth archer. said to be hated by all but secretly envied. Not the hero the province needs, but the one it deserves. Also very good at sneaking into people's houses and leaving sweetrolls on their nightstand.
You promised the Beggar a better life. Coin a plenty.. You took him under your wing, lead him out of the city walls.. He was too pure for this world. RIP Beggar bro.
its a powerful man who has the opportunity to shape and bend worlds, to live as a god among men, to embrace immortality, and have the skills to utterly destroy his enemies... and yet chooses to live as a humble beggar scrounging for food and begging for scraps from non caring cold eyes, as if he were a worthless creature.
After watching Life as a Farmer I came back to this series to get the backstory and I have to say this is hilarious. So many great moments in this video, from the Terminator reference to the "society" comment, ha I was just laughing all the way through. Keep up the great work Jacob
Learning alchemy is a good way to make money without having to fight much. So more than a little surprised that begging would accomplish anything in this setting. But the character is not utterly unhoused already. Surprising.

How incredibly apt that the cultists of Boethiah, the patron daedra of traitors and deceit, were the ones to take the life of your dear friend. Even when you aren't actively trying to, your story plays out so well it's amazing.
It's like the game itself is trying to help build the story of The Rat King. Truly a welcome change of pace from other characters and how the game decides to interact with mine.
