Hey Dave. Probably is the same bottom end because a 6 speed in an MX bike is about 1 gear to many. Would love to seer someone with greater skill than me give it a good blast.
The profit for selling these in the USA for 6k + dealer fees is great. The actual cost depending on quantity is under $2600 from China plus shipping which can be $200-750 per bike again depending on quantity.
I am not a huge fan of Chinese motorcycles but if they are of decent quality and hurt financially the other manufacturers charging exuberant money for equivalent models than I'm all for it.

Yea well they are all copy bikes. The Austrian MX bikes are best now. Triumph & Ducati coming out soon. Japanese bikes are losing to European models. 🇺🇸

@williamfoster4268 They're out there. But, I'm not going to bag on these bikes. I ripped with a talented kid who was hooked up with one and it is an exceptional bike! Fit to finish top-notch! I may consider the 450 mx when it releases. Seriously impressed.
People automatically assume these chinese bikes are shit, but alot of them are actually detune honda and ktms copies. And by copies i mean coming from the same factory. Ktm and honda lisence china to make parta for their bike. I actually wouldn't be supprise they are more reliable as long as the QC is adequate.
Only the new test mules. All Gen 1 bikes finished. The Gen 2 bikes did have a lot of problems but when running, they proved to be competitive but for those teething problems
