Having an issue where the overlay just...stops working? Copy/pasting the URL into browser, making sure it's visible, all that but it's just not there. It's strange and so frustrating

If you all are wondering how to have the chat and stream information on the obs dock on the side at 3:41 , just simply connect your twitch account and it will appear automatically. not just connecting with the primary/streaming key.

This tutorial is fantastic, though I am having an issue that nobody seems to have any answers for: I follow the steps of linking my TH-cam channel to StreamElements (Login - Connect to TH-cam - Email Address - TH-cam Account) and give it the permissions it requires, but then the page just takes me back to the "Connect With" page and the process loops. There is no indication as to what is going wrong, so I was hoping you'd perhaps have some idea?
I recently shifted from Labs to Elements. My only struggle is when I choose to go live, I dont know how I enter my title, thumbnail, info etc of the stream. Labs gives you a pop up box of settings before you Go Live. How does Elements work for this? I cant use it until I figure it out. Thanks.

I have a problem, when i delete the default heart animation during follower event. I don't see the alert anymore, but I can see it if I shrink the alertbox so it's really really small. I've searched for this problem all over internet, but no one has had this problem. Soo please I really need help! Thank you for everything else though!

I just installed stream elements for widgets and atuff now when i try to click start stream on obs and automatically opens streamlabs and ask me to make a title for new stream so when i connect and atart streaming i now get a black screen and my viewers see is just a black screen

I wana start streaming in the near future on my MacBook playing on ipad cod mobile. but I couldnt set the obs whatever i tried. cuz I just made a mess with downloading bunch of files apps ect. but nothing worked on obs. now i know how to do this right. I looked at Streamelements the other day when I was first starting to set up my OBS and was instantly put off by the pop up that the website wanted such complete access to my Twitch account, including access to pretty much everything. Twitch flagged this as a hazard. Did I do something wrong and am in the wrong place or is this dire warning page normal?
Under my audio mixer, only my microphone shows up. How can I set it up to play sound from my laptop in the event that im showing a video? or is my microphone enough to capture the sound?
Very new to StreamElements and unclear as to where the link data for the overlay social buttons (facebook, twitter, youtube) comes from. What makes them work during a stream? I want to make sure I have it set up correctly and there doesn't appear to be a setting in the editor for these items. Great vid and thanks!

when you are adding your overlays to OBS, is 1920x1080 default or should i be doing 2560x1440 since that is my monitors resolution? whats the difference?
Depens on what you have your streams output resolution set to and your canvas resolution for obs. Keep it to the same res as your output resolution for your stream and you'll be good.

so i tried doing the alerts, i just did everything right. I made them on stream elements and then copied the link after saving then when i brought it to OBS nothing came up when i sampled it. I made sure the link was updated and that it was the same exact size

aye when i add the overlays its super zoomed into the overlay, i can size the overlay to the screen, but only the top left of the overlay is visible

Stream elements is more an add on for obs. Obs.live is just obs with the stream elements add on pre installed.

If it's the typical popular for any acces through twitch like drops, or connecting your twitch to any thing then yeah you're fine

Add an audio source for desktop audio

I just did that overlay thing but it does not show in the stream. It's just a black screen. I do get the audio though.
