Makes Brutal mode feel like some sort of crazy NG+. You thought you were great at the game, have fun trying to learn every single enemy's updated attack patterns. You get so used to Soldiers being somewhat passive fighters and now suddenly they're combat-rolling into you hyper-aggressively, meaning you have to change up your entire approach to an early-game enemy that previous posed very little threat. I can't imagine playing Brutal mode on a fresh save file. That would be a miserable experience.

I'm unsure about this one - I'm also pretty sure the Sisyphaean Insurrectionist has a new attack? I can't really pinpoint it also, afaik Malicious Faces fire 2 beams when enraged on Violent difficulty as well idrk
Strays seem to be attempting to predicting me generally, I keep getting hit by their bullets even while moving. Dunno if this is exclusive to Brutal but I think it is. Schism still harder tho

Gabriel is no longer parriable, his second phase sword aura now can appear around you and stab you, and he doesn't stop nearly as long when taunting. Flesh prison HEALS A LOT FASTER, LIKE JEEZ, NUKE HE'S ASS NOW, while his summons now fire EXPLOSIVE lasers. Minos prime is still incredibly patterned and thuss not that hard.

I think Cerberus and Ferryman got the craziest buffs. Cerberus on 0-5 is now a real pain in my ass. It's really hard to track him now, while he moves like a crazy cat under the bed. And Ferryman now even faster (not sure), and sometimes he uses his lightning bolt. But Filth's brutal rework is craziest. He's no longer a walking medkit - he's a f*cking terror. And I love it :D
also with the Hideous mass, on violent difficulty and below you can take off the spear with 1 punch from the knuckleblaster (red arm) however, on Brutal it now takes a couple. im not 100% sure on this but i swear either i missed alot more or somethings up
One thing I noticed about Minos prime is that every attack now launches you in the air, parrying attacks no longer cancel the damage from them, and if you’re even a second in the air he will uppercut and then do “DIE” his stamina also seems to have been increased

Swordsmachine was changed too. In Phase 2 (Or Tundra in general), if he's in Melee Range and doesn't have his sword, instead of just standing there, he'll now try and smack you around with his bare hand (identical to his normal sword attacks, just with less range) These attacks are interrupted if he catches his sword however.

At first i was disappointed since other than the projectile speed, the difficulty mostly just felt like its gonna fuck up my muscle memory for a bit and then be easier than violent was (since maurice shoots out more projectiles, carbs will probably kill themselves more often, mindflayers perform the attack that lets u instakill them more often and quite a bit more), but now returning to violent i just dont want to play because it feels too easy. That being said, cybergrind is fucking unplayable rn, and the red nailgun gives way more style than it should.

Something I noticed was that healing feels nerfed on brutal, it doesn't seem like it's instant on brutal and instead over a very short period of time.

Those blood figures on 7-3 are puppets, it basically turns the selected enemy into a bloody puppet type version of it.
