03 - parrying only refills your health up to the hard damage limit. 15 - saying that rockets are functionally identical to cores is an overstatement, because although they do share some functionality, rockets interact differently with revolver and railcannon shots, rockets turn blue when frozen, making them more powerful, and rockets can be ridden on. 19-21 - it is worth mentioning that none of these names are technically official, they are just the most widely accepted names in the community. 22 - chargebacks apply to any enemy that fires a hitscan beam, which also includes V2, Guttermen, flesh prison’s eyeballs and malicious face minions, and flesh panopticon’s malicious face minions. 31 - if you are standing too close to an enemy that is being electrified underwater, the electricity will also chain from those enemies to the player, despite having already dashed once to dodge the railcannon’s initial self-damage.(this is also what happens in the video.) 32 - this instant charge also applies to the jumpstart variant as well. 37 - they do not have to be falling, they only have to be in midair. 38 - if you are standing close enough to the cannonball when it hits an enemy and bounces off, grappling is not required and the ball can be punched directly. 40 - if you are standing too far away from the virtue as the explosion goes off, they will take reduced damage, and the virtue will not be instakilled. 46 - doing this will also deal all of the screwdrivers remaining damage at once.
Thanks for the clarifications!! a few of these like the heslth, rockets, and chargebacks were simplified for the sake of brevity but if I ever make a part 2 I'll add these as an addendum :)
Some other tips: 1. Splattering enemies with a slam heals you to the hard damage limit. 2. Splattering enemies with a direct knuckleblaster punch also heals the hard damage limit. 3. Using firestarter's gasoline, you can perform a dash jump with a height of a normal jump, and it costs you only 1 stamina. 4. S.R.S. cannon is easiest to use when you fire at the aforementioned enemies at point-blank range and immediately punch afterwards.
A cool tech thingy with the blue jackhammer is that a single primary fire hit can hit both an enemy and a core; so when a core is released during the primary fire’s hitstop, you can hit an enemy with the primary fire AND the jackhammer core launch’s beam. The recoil from the primary fire blast also will hit you out of range to avoid the explosion damage too
really good and useful video, almost zero useless things. as a speedrunner, i've already knew all of that, but for newcomers the video is really great i think !! (cant wait until part two with funny things like ssj, funny deadcoin things etc etc)
Amazing video !!! for 5:19 you can completely avoid lightning damage, as you said you dash right before you shoot, then there is another instance where lightning can hit you (to my knowledge I never had more than 2 damage instances), but you can dash and avoid the damage if you time it right. It's very useful in 5-1 in the big room with the 3 blue skull pedestals (and most of the level actually) you can basically one shot everything and still be max health.
Cool vid, im impressed with the accuracy of all the information mentioned here, maybe worth pointing out that the rocket nuke does not deal thr same damage as a core nuke but thats about it.
You can make your rockets faster by grabning them with the whiplash and holding the button to push them further. It's a good way to get some extra damage on an enemy you're grappling towards
Really good tips, but here is another tips: it's possible to instakill mindflayers, but is a little bit hard i have to admit And, It is possible to ride the rockets of the rocket launcher in the air
Jumpstart is kinda most underrated thing I do not see it often But yet This is op 5-1, aka water level, is most bloody proof of that I instakilled whole first battle encounter by jumpstart, nails, magnets, and coins Tbh i do not remember how i did it, but yet Jesus christ The moment i tested this particular red version I knew that it was totally op

32: Only when the cable is plugged. Otherwise, it only adds 20% heat.
Btw you can also chargeback ferryman lightning
This was beyond a nitpick

Literally all of This came to be because one guy just asked himself: ”Wouldn’t it be Cool if..?”
smash hit soundtrack in an ultrakill video is probably the rarest thing id expect to see but im glad i found this
i was thinking the same lol
Didn't notice that. Great game too.
Another tip: you can punch mindflayers while in their dying animation with the knuckleblaster to turn them into explosive projectiles
ive been playing this game wrong all along 💀Holy
Such a ultrakill moment, I can't play without techs now, is way too satisfying
Same, guess I'll just go ultrakill myself now

Thanks man I learned some stuff and ima send this to my friend who started playing to help him
So much information and such little likes. This will make my journey so much easier. Thank you
i loved this game. NOW I LOVE IT EVEN MORE
i didnt know the last two tips thanks 👍 also great video ✍️🔥
Cool vid, im impressed with the accuracy of all the information mentioned here, maybe worth pointing out that the rocket nuke does not deal thr same damage as a core nuke but thats about it.
this video is shockingly good and not the normal ultrakill content slop.
Crazy vid, good job
You know you’re good when you know all of these facts
Instant like for using Smash Hit music.
I’ll freely admit, I didn’t know about #55!
Hey! I knew all of these! (Yes even the coins and rockets one at the end)
I love these 100 tips i mean 55 tips, tricks and techs
6:11
I didn’t know that gave you a unique Style Bonus!
06 only applies to coins shot by a default revolver iirc
i knew some of thess but damn some tech is crazier than i thought
man smash hit ost hits hard
yeeeeeeeh
The smash hit ost goes hard in this vid omg
Watched this after completing the first two acts, and now i wish i knew this before i started, lol

Its been such a long time since I heard anything from the mobile game, smash hit
Really good tips, but here is another tips: it's possible to instakill mindflayers, but is a little bit hard i have to admit
And, It is possible to ride the rockets of the rocket launcher in the air
that smash hit background 💀
I didn't know that electricity was that good for crowds
Love the smash hit ost
This game is insanity
what I didn't know:
sentries can be killed with just one cannonball.
hitting an insurrectionist in the air will stun it longer.
"Do not submerge the device in liquid, 7:14"
First thing I thought of when I heard that.
smash hit ost goes hard
0:21 me personally, i use the undo and redo mouse buttons for punches and mmb for whiplash.
I learned thingies 😊
The Death Star was the coolest shit I’ve ever seen holy..
46:
This also does INSANE damage, almost enough to one-shot Cerberus or bring Hideous Mass to around 30% health
idk why but i can't freeze the guttertank rocket in my gameplay
He called the sharpshooter the sharpshitter
Jumpstart is kinda most underrated thing
I do not see it often
But yet
This is op
5-1, aka water level, is most bloody proof of that
I instakilled whole first battle encounter by jumpstart, nails, magnets, and coins

Jesus christ
The moment i tested this particular red version

u can 'parry' the chainsaw with the jackhammer and it has the same effect as the feedbacker
Based MINDSTORM fan
i didn't know that the rockets charge or that you can redirect a rocket back into the red gutterman
imagine b hopping very fast then whiplashing to any boss then hammering them with jack :)
im pretty sure theres a cap to the jack hammer damage, also the whiplash speed can not increase and is always stuck to a certain speed
Smash Hit soundtrack hits different.
endless potential in one person
5:54 btw the exact angle is 15 degrees
i know that background music from Smash Hit LOL
omg smash hit ost
I've been playing like a speed runner, not like a gamer. Holy shit
I wanna watch but I’ve already seen too much ultrakill and don’t wanna ruin my first experience with the game
7:20 i didnt now that, cool
7:47 no red arm needed.

u forgot to add that you can kill v2 before his health bar even comes by throwing a coin and punching it
deadcoining?
@@Charlie-yt2iy no u throw a coin then punch it it will bounce above v2 just punch it again and again
reupload? Saw this yesterday on my reccomendations.
Yeah, I added music since the old one seemed a bit too dry
Should add that if you dash with overpump you can bypass the self damage
