Good evening. I’m in the process of completing my LS bench harness but I’m confused and need your help. I’m going by your instructions step by step and up to the point where you give the instructions of connecting a wire from the last prong on the switched switch to the blue connector (ignition) and another wire to the 12 volt ignition wire on the OBD port. There’s only 4 wires used on the OBD port...2 ground, 1 data wire and 1 constant. My question is where is the wire for the 12 volt ignition on the OBD...that’s the only part I’m stuck on. Thank you very much for your help.
which one is the 12 volt switch on the obd2, purple is data, 2 black wire is ground, orange is constant, and the green you dont need. so which is the switched one according to the wiring diagram.
Still confused about the switch. witch wire is the switch wire on the obd port according to you diagram theres two but theres only one

iirc its pin one on the ob2 connector that is ignition power

nvm got it to work n tuned my 03 burban successfully, now have electric fans. good video thanks for the help.

That 'barrel" is called a choke. The purpose of a choke is to cut down on electrical interference.
