  • See how OLED redefines picture quality.
Once you’ve seen LG OLED TV with your own eyes, you’ll understand.
It’s stunning picture that redefines quality. Millions of OLED pixels emit their own light independently and can be completely turned off.
This unveils perfect black, over a billion rich colors and infinite contrast. From the gridiron to the iron throne, no detail goes unseen.

I have said it once and I will say it a thousand times. LG OLED is the best of the best and nothing else comes close.

Prefer the top Panasonic ones, they really bring the best out of their panel technology.

Oh my goodness i love this new pc. The old one couldn't even handle 720p60 properly. The new one plays 4k like if it didn't matter.

Having had to return two brand new C2s due to panel manufacturing defects (and gave up when the third also had problems but just not quite as severe), I beg to differ. They're maximising profit margins at the expensive of absolute quality now. I will not be buying another LG OLED in future. A friend also bought a C1 and had huge problems with a completely faulty panel showing the substructure through any displayed picture and had to get a warranty replacement. No company is perfect nowadays.

A dark horizontal line appeared on my TV screen after only 750 hours of power on time during less than 9 months of use since the purchase. Then I called LG to make a complaint on the 17th of May. That was the beginning of me realizing that LG has no concept of time. Your employees never respect their customer's time.
    1) The maintenance workers tried to come to my home on the 17th of May even though the appointment I agreed on with the customer service agent was May 21st. Then when they came on the 21st May they declared to me that the panel has failed and it needs to be replaced so they have to open the back of my TV to make a record to the panel type. While unscrewing the back of the TV they didn’t notice there was a nail they forgot to unscrew which resulted in them scratching the top left corner of the back of my TV while they were removing it by force. The whole weight if the TV was being supported by a single nail connecting the back to the rest of the TV. God knows what else other than the scratch I noticed could have been affected by that negligence.
    2) Without a prior appointment the delivery worker who was in charge of replacing my TV with a new one called me on the 4th of June asking me to share my location to him because he is on his way to deliver the TV right now. I asked him to change the delivery date to the 8th instead because no one would be home expecting him RIGHT NOW! On the 5th I found out I can't receive the TV on the 8th so I called both LG and the delivery worker to ask to change the delivery date to either the 6th or the 11th if possible. . The customer service agent told to arrange the appointment with the delivery worker and the delivery guy confirmed with me on the same day that the TV will be delivered on the 6th. I called him on the specified day to inquire when the TV will be delivered, and after wasting my time for an entire day he said he can’t deliver it because he didn't receive it! I
    3) Whenever I call to make a complaint, which happened a lot since the 17th of May till now. The agents always say someone will call me back within a certain amount of time. Not to my surprise, usually no one calls me back within the time specified. For example June the 6th I called to complain about the delivery mix up (me waiting a whole day for the TV while lg failed to coordinate within its company's departments to give me a correct delivery date. The customer service agent told to arrange the appointment with the delivery worker, while the delivery worker agreed with me on an appointment that he didn't keep, resulting in me wasting an entire day for nothing waiting for the TV) the customer service agent said someone from the management will call me back within 2 hours. And of course no one called as usual.
    4) Even after the complaint on June the 6th another delivery worker called me on June the 7th again without a prior appointment telling me he is on his way to deliver the TV RIGHT NOW! Which I again refused and called lg to make another complaint.
    5) 12th of June, the supposedly new TV that LG delivered as a replacement had visible black big dead pixels. This proves to me that LG TVs are subpar in general. And I guess lg Egypt knows this otherwise why would you block people from reviewing your products on your website. No wonder this TV had a single positive review posted, as this is the only type of review you would allow.
I think LG Egypt has a huge coordination problem. Your departments don’t communicate properly with each other. In turn they are unable to communicate or coordinate properly with their customers. Buying a product from lg is both time wasting and frustrating. The management and customer service always miscommunicate information. The maintenance and delivery workers either try to make a visit without a prior appointment or not come at the agreed appointment. Also the fact that the tv needed a panel replacement in less than a quarter of its supposed lifespan time and the other TV had a lot of dead pixels from the get go is unsettling I wish I never bought an LG TV and I will never buy LG products ever again

No me gustó el vídeo, tiene falta de imaginación, y los televisores OLED es una tecnología que dura pocos años, tiene buenos negros si, pero la durabilidad es poca a comparación de un uled por ejemplo.
