    You know, sometimes when I click on a yoga practice video on your channel and I start watching it, I realize how grateful I am that there are people like you, out there, planting seeds of goodness in this world and demonstrating through your example that kindness and creating goodness and beauty are still virtues and values in this contemporary world of ours. Even through all the chaos, confusion, suffering, disinformation, fear and inadequacy - your yoga videos and accompaning words are a breath of sanity. Thank you.

    I've been doing yoga classes with you almost every morning for more than 2 years, I remember how you lived in Canada, and how you sold everything and left it to travel the world. And I feel like I've been growing and going on these adventures with you. Thank you for everything

    I needed to hear this today. I've watched this one before but yes, i needed to come back to this lesson of patience. Self compassion is one of the more difficult lessons for me. I don't have a whole lot of patience with myself and therefore I struggle with being patient with others. Thanks.

    I've done this practice several times now and thinking back to the first time, I was just beginning my journey of self-awareness and mindfulness. Your talk on patience made me realize how competitive I was with my practices when I began yoga, always trying to be the best, beating myself up if I couldn't do something correctly, and how I was so focused on the results and what the outcome would be. It's no wonder I never stayed consistent with working out for very long with such a mindset. I had a nervous breakdown several months back and had another episode of deep depression and anxiety. I desperately searched for things that could help pull me together again, knowing that exercise and mindfulness would be keys in my recovery. And patience was the number one thing as I tried to shift my mindset, knowing that what I was doing was right and that it would take time, I just had to stick with it. I'm proud to say that I have drastically changed my mindset, focusing more on the present. Not focusing on the results, or being the best, but focusing on the process, on how I feel in the moment, and working toward the best version of myself while also accepting who I am now and knowing I'm exactly where I need to be. I'm healing and I'm in a really good place now, even though I'm still struggling, and you've been there for me every step of this journey, as your practices and meditations, as well as advice, are my anchors and what I consistently come back to. It's a big moment of pride to listen to your talk on patience and look at how far I've come with it. Thank you :)

    Thank you for all of your great videos.Me&my partner used to do them everyday but then we were separated by unfortunate life event. It caused great depression in me and I stopped caring for myself. All I did was work to try to save money to meet basic needs and survive amidst the flawed systems set in place in my country. For the first time in a very long time, I got up this morning and decided I was going to do one of your videos. I cried at the end. I am rarely able to cry. But I let myself cry and release. I just wanted to say thank you for your dedication and let you know that even though I dont know you, I am sending you all my love..

    I had to practice for about 2 years in order to get my feeling about food to a place I could be comfortable. It doesn't control me anymore and I can accomplish so much for just having reduced that beast. So true, you practice patience throughout life, I love that!
    I feel differently about exercise with you, I enjoy the experience. I do love to be already there but I can enjoy myself, so the wait is easier. ☮

    I've tried this video some months ago and I found it PERFECT to do in the early morning. It's perfect to me because it wakes up every muscle and also there's a lot of stretch poses. Perfect morning sequence.

    I would be honest, for a long time I have seen this video on your channel but didn't have have the courage to challenge myself to that level. And today, I told myself, "Just Do It!". And I did it. It felt so incredible. I can feel the release and positivity two hours after doing it. Thank you very much for the light and love that you bring into so many lives, including mine.     Love these BOHO videos! Started out 7 months ago only knowing a few poses and techniques; fast forward to present day and I'm stronger both mentally and physically than I've ever been!     Your video is great! My husband and 2 kids all do yoga to your video. I love the no nonsense style, really focusing just on movements and poses, not too much talking, really focusing on what is important.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am a former dancer and I have a lot of hip pain and stiffness .. I have tried so many yoga classes, Pilates classes, boot camps... etc and and nothing seems to make me feel as good as your classes do :)

    The passions is just right with this yoga,I would say it's not gonna be perfect but do what you can at least,and try your hardest to keep up and not give up in the middle.thankfully iv lost enough weight to do modifications which is okay better then nothing..still have trouble putting my hands next my foot,but hopefully I'll get some help with that.

And when I come home so tired and so stressed from a hard day, what I most like to do is watching your videos and do the same with you! I’m not advanced like you, but little by little I get more flexible and more strong! Continue doing what you do, you and your husband are a exemple that life can be amazing just doing simple things and enjoying every single moment with love and passion doing what you love to do.
