You need about 1 tsp. prraque powder for every kilo of meat. For ham, you need a bit more because of the long curing period. Anyway, you wash the meat before curing. Thank you for watching my videos!

If using clove powder, 1/8 tsp is enough.
Chef can you cook the ham in the pressure cooker and for how long?
I have never cooked ham in a pressure cooker. You can try however there is a tendency to over cook it. Just check every 15 minutes.
