The challenge in cooking the Chicken Inasal is the expertise in roasting or barbecuing the chicken, making sure that the outside is nice, toasty and brown while the inside is moist and well cooked. In this simple recipe, I am going to show you my secret to having perfectful cooked chicken without having to worry about serving raw chicken to your family. Yes. This is fast and easy to do. Hindi ka matakot mahilaw when you grill it kasi luto na siya. As I mentioned, this is not the traditional way they cook the inasal. This si my version and I think it works! Thank you for watching!

Chef Rose thank you for your recipe. Especially the lechon Manok marinade. Is it also possible that the ingredients of this INASAL be injected into the whole chicken?
Yes. As long as all the marinade you inject are dissolved completely so they do not clog up the needle.

Yes, chef steaming will eliminate a bloody drumstick piece of chicken. I will try this but broil it in the oven to give it the charred look and taste. Thanks Chef Rose.
