Like a chocolate mousse inside. Soft and delicious chocolate buns with white chocolate on top. Since I learned this method, I’ve been making them every weekend. They are so delicious, I never get tired of making them. Easy and fast to prepare.They disappear in 5 minutes. Bake with Pan Chleb and enjoy life!

Ingredients and recipe:
medium heat
150 ml water
30 g sugar
mix well
let water boil
15 g cocoa powder
50 g wheat flour
Now turn off the heat
100 ml warm water
5 g instant yeast
Mix well
Add cocoa mixture in parts
100 g wheat flour
100 g wheat flour
20 g melted butter (cooled down)
3 g salt
Knead by hand for 1 min
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
Shape it into a ball
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
Sprinkle the board with flour
Cover the dough in flour and shape it into a ball
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Bake for 27 minutes
Let's melt some chocolate now
Pour some water into a pot
Small heat
Boil water
White chocolate (as much as you like)
Put a metal bowl over the boiling water
Mix until chocolate melts
Let them cool down for a few minutes
Put a plate under for dripping chocolate

I need to save this recipe because they look great, and I think I would try baking some peanut butter custard inside. I bought some peanut butter powder at Walmart last week with the idea of making a custard filling in a chocolate treat.
