Choose Az we lived in Scottsdale for years and now were in the DFW🤦🏾♀️I miss Az but my husband got a job opportunity in 2017 so we moved our oldest graduated from high school in Scottsdale also. The DFW is okay but growing up in Philly this is not the South I remember and I don’t like it
OMG...That heat will KILL your car... the paint, battery, tires, windshield wiper and everything else! You car is sitting in 110+ degree heat for months! Take their advice seriously! Great video!!!!
Your timing definitely aligns with mine as I also moved here three years ago from Southern California. I'm glad that a fence is required for houses with a pool. Also, for #3 (car maintenance), I can't recommend how important it is to park your car inside a garage if you have one as opposed to using that space for storage.

If you’re looking at a property is a HOA make sure you read the CC&Rs and Design Guidelines first. You might not be allowed to park in the street overnight or have a portable basketball hoop. Just a couple examples of things you might not realize would be an issue for you.

Now your air conditioner puts out massive amounts of heat to help keep your house at 80F Go stand by the fan and feel the air that it is pumping in and around your home. Now multiply that by 7 million,. Your automobile also adds to the heat for it puts out over 200 degree temps everytime you start and drive it,. Plus the number of people,. You add more people you add more heat,. So Arizona would have bearable temps if you got rid of the people, the autos that they drive, the air conditioners, the swimming pools, the landscaped yards, all the daily watered shrubs and bushes,. Beyond that phoenix might be livable,. But life in the desert humans need to adapt to the desert not the other way around,. That's what we have been trying to do and it don't work Look at the native creatures that survive in the desert,. They are nocturnal,. They live down in the ground, not build 2 story homes,. But humans we enact laws to keep you from making noise between 11 pm and 5 am,. Which is about the only time where you can function out side without worrying about heat strikes. Makes no sense,. From the 1990 to present they say that an average of 184 people moved here daily,. Look at the incarceration numbers during that timetime

It is become the land of the overpriced, people are finding it harder to find employment here, as well as being able to forward to live here. Also, the way that people are voting here for the policies they want to see in place are the same policies that they ran from. Don’t make our Arizona California. I’ve lived here since 1984, I have watched Arizona grow by leaps and bounds and I feel sorry for anyone that moves here because you’re not going to be able to afford to live here anymore. You talk about the rents being high here, there is high now as they are in LA. $3000 for a studio apartment in some cases? That’s not affordable nor is that sustainable. The Colorado river which we get most of our water from is drying up. How do you think Phoenix is going to sustain without water? Let’s use Vegas as an example. If it wasn’t for Lake Mead Las Vegas could not exist.we are in trouble in the southwest when it comes to water. We will not be able to sustain the rate of growth much longer no matter what anyone says.
