Time, Love, Dreams and Death - all four chapters have been unveiled. Now begins the true End of an Empire.
After a year long production cycle, Celldweller has been slowly revealing bits and pieces of his third full length, studio artist album, which showcases a return to the more formative complex electronic and heavy metal elements that defined the unique hybrid that is Celldweller. Never one to rest on his laurels, Klayton raises the bar with a brand new level of production unheard of by most producers, fusing analog and digital to create something completely out of this world.
From tracks like “Good L_ck (Yo_’re F_cked)” which sound like something straight out of a neo-futuristic punk rock dive bar, to the soft and somber “Just Like You” that swells with acoustic guitars, modular synths and melodic vocals into an epic cinematic ballad. Every track brings something completely unique yet distinctly Celldweller to the table. Equal parts score and soundtrack to a science fiction movie that hasn’t been created yet, this album delivers an unparalleled experience that transports each listener to their own little world inhabited by all of the iconic characters presented throughout the chapter cycle leading up to the release of the final album.

I can't ignore this well-crafted blend of music & lyrics that truly made an instant fan out of me just hearing it for the first time! Wowzers! I LOVE THIS SONG! And I don't think I had even a clue that this band & this music were flooring people at least for a full six years - before I discovered them!
Had I been aware of this five or so years ago, I would have been sharing it with the people that listened to my radio show called "New To You!" for a very long time. Usually, I'm very open to new music - especially with such spectacular talent backing it up!

Celldweller dude.... I will always support this guy. He has a talent for finding that unnatural sci fi fantasy world music... so far ahead of his time... I dream of a world where we explore the stars and he lives where I can only dream.
My fiancé listens to Celldweller's music a lot, and at first I tried to fight it. I didn't want to like it... but here I am now, enjoying these songs and epic videos.
It took god damn 30+ years but metal/electronic is finally starting to become normal and reach a point where it doesn't take hours of sifting dog shit before I find something good. This was dumped on me in instrumental form by Pandora and honestly as an instrumental it's pretty damn good. Usually I hate songs with words because instead of just allowing me to go on a journey wherever I want it's got words enforcing at least a limited constraint on what I can imagine. Seriously, hard to fly through space in my fighter with the lasers making an almost adorable "pewpewpewpew" as the capacitors cycle my pulsed laser array when people are talking about ancient cities with walls. That's an enemy fighter in an asteroid field, not a walled city... damn it. :P Though to be fair I made that work, so iono... I got nothin. :D
I always wanted heavy metal and "techno" or "electronic music" to fuse together. Synths could do such dark and intense things... guitars had the raw aggression and fury, but lacked a lot of finesse and subtlety without someone of supreme skill and even then not nearly the kind of range a synth/digital instrument offers. So yeah I've waited ages for these two things to combine (or for me to have $10k to drop on a studio and the free time to learn to use it... yeah *that's* happening...)
