    Hello, great and helpful tutorials you have, but can you publish more information about those resistors that you are using. I search the web and saw that they are different watts etc.... I am asking because i am complete noob in electronics. I want to try to convert some of my locos and i have some really older ones .Thank you.

    I wonder if i can do something like that with Piko's br90 because i want to add shunter engine to my br55 set

      Mine br55 has dcc port

      The principle is the same, but the PCB and motor isolation will differ.
      I don't have this specific locomotive, so I can't help you with the details.

      @@thetrainroom the Piko 0-4-0 tank loco has conventional pickups so no isolation is needed, I have seen people add DCC to these "toy" locomotives and they end up running much more like a model than a toy.
