When I grow up I want to live in this Big Sur jewel. Mostly so I can bounce on the trampoline and look at the edge of the world. I would watch the humpback whales and breathe in the fresh clean air. After that, I would belly up to the cheese, crackers, salami and wine. Kudos to this family for keeping the parcel intact since 1961. One hundred million dollars is a decent amount of coin, but worth every penny. Where do I sign up?

I think he meant "Driving Distance," but the whole point is that once you are there . . You are truly THERE, and you have everything you need within reach.
