At first I thought the room at the beds end was a “no-goer” for Jackie and myself. I couldn’t easily get through. It was the only negative as the rest was exactly what we were looking for. When Jackie said she loved the unit I mentioned the bed end and she promptly slid through to the far side. I wanted that area as it’s near good roads, markets and a short ride to beach (5 minutes). I needed dependable hi-speed (fibre optic) and a washer which is there. Coming from the furniture industry I was quite happy they put expensive mattresses in the units and the love seat is all we need. The King bed is overkill as we’re on a queen now however you sleep better on a K vs Q. The pools and gyms are what I really liked as I’m swimming everyday and you do want shade. 7-11 next door is a big bonus. All in all it checked all the boxes and we “negotiated” a 12 month for 12k Baht a month…each ! Jason was great in helping us with condo recommendations…areas to consider etc and made it so enjoyable knowing the area so well. I’m happy to buy you lots of coffees my friend…and ya a lunch or two as well 😂.

Thanks for sharing Jason, 1st unit was a bit cramped even though very nice and clean, it's a pity the 2 bedder didn't have the same living space in the master bedroom as the first, nice enough facilities though, food looked pretty good too, 99 baht so about £2.50 for the breakfast is very reasonable, I'm paying a fiver minimum here in England. 🍺🍺👍

If I had the pool access. I would just buy a removable pool ladder - problem sorted✔️.... no idea why they would choose to remove ABS, that's just crazy. I've got a 350 piaggio beverly, hasn't engaged often, but when it has, bloody glad too have it!.

Awesome video as always Jason. I really like the option of jumping from your condo right into the pool, but I do think each unit should have it's own ladder as yours does. I do have a few questions: 1. What was the parking situation in this complex? 2. I would hate to live in a condo that allows dogs due to potential barking noise, but I was wondering, what percentage of condos allow pets and do any of these only allow cats? My final observation, would I rather have a top floor unit for the view and no one above me, or would I opt for the ground floor with pool access right off my balcony? I think the condos I find most appealing are one-bedroom with large living rooms, something between 50 and 70 square meters.
Hi Michael, parking under the building with lift access and this complex does not allow pets, not many do and I have only come across maybe 3 that will allow pets.
@@goodvibespattaya2423 I totally get that most don't allow for pets as in my opinion, dogs really can be a nuisance. But I can see where cats are pretty much undetectable as indoor-only pets, no more of a nuisance than tropical fish. Thanks for your kind response Jason.

The one bedroom you can negotiate for 12,000 baht if you pay upfront on a minimum 6 month lease and the 2 bedroom is 25.000 baht per month and possibly negotiable

I moved here after my job was made redundant and I was completely burnt out and needed a break from the corporate high pressure world so with my small payout decided I can live here and not work for a few years. My days are filled making videos for TH-cam, exploring the area and hopefully some travel 👍

Unfortunately the room sizes are quite small (as in most newer projects in Pattaya) 😞 "2-bedrooms, 62sqm" or "1-bedroom, 34sqm" would be considered unusual by german standards. Aren't there more "older" (1990s) condos available ? They often have plenty of room.

How far of a walk is that to Rompho market. Is the street safe for walking. Can anyone estimate what is the cost to take a motorcycle taxi to second road to catch a baht bus. Are cats allowed in any of the buildings there.

It’s good there, my friends moved in yesterday. I haven’t done the ride to the beach but think maybe 5 minutes, e-mail me and I can forward to the manager at the building. My friends paid even less by paying 12 months upfront 👍

One bedroom is 12,000 depending on the lease term and payment in advance and the two bedroom is 25,000
You can get a decent house with pool for 30-40k
