I always stay well hydrated with water not anything with caffeine. So many people dont drink enough water. It helps to flush out your system, removes toxins, and makes your skin look good too.
Nails nails nails. Cuticles. I constantly moisturise my nails, cuticles and hands. At 70 years of age, they can dry very easily and hands become harsh, cuticles hard and nails brittle. My favourite cream is camomile and glycerine. Almond oil for cuticles, but really any oil will do.

I always make sure there no damage to my clothes, like a loose button, fallen hem, I always repair them immediately. As well as making sure my nails are clean I have a pedicure regularly, and clean/polish my shoes! One tip for when I was in a really hot country was to put vaseline and SOCKS on my feet every night! So unsexy...
I love Dermaplaning! It brightens the face so much It’s like having a plant that’s dusty. The colors are dulled. You dust it and the colors are so vibrant and reflects the light…so shiny. Thats what Dermaplaning does👍🏼 A tip for really moisturizing your hands and feet at night: put a thin coating of Vaseline or even better, castor oil, over your moisturizer and you’ll wake up with BABY SKIN A beauty tip that has changed my face: lymphatic drainage massage every morning. My face is SCULPTED after that and only takes a couple minutes I do it over the castor oil, spritzed with water for slip, from the night before Sleeping with castor oil applied as my final evening product has made my skin so plump and JUICY I swear! I’ll never go without that again. I love it!
I drink a collagen beverage every day. This has helped my hair and my nails tremendously! I have always had brittle nails and since I’ve gotten older my hair is not as thick as it once was and the collagen has helped.

A healthy diet and good dental hygiene (interdental cleaning, tooth brushing) will give you a lovely breath. Since becoming whole food plant-based my breath is effortlessly healthy and smells nice, when I ate animal products and processed food it was bad. Same for hair, nail and skin health - a good diet is the first thing you can do to keep them healthy

I suck at ironing! I put more wrinkles in than were there before! I do keep my nails up. Then put on the wrinkled clothes.
Me too , I end up with cloths in the summer I never wear which just sit in the ironing stack . Now winters coming nothing to iron 😃
