Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger -1 tsp
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 12
Onion -1/2 cup
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Green chilli -2
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves

मेरा एक सवाल है। आजकल जब मैं दालें पका रही हूं तो उनमें बहुत स्मेल आती है। ऐसा लगता है जैसे दाल बहुत पुरानी पड़ी हुई है। हालाकि दाल मैं एक अच्छी दुकान से ही लेती हू जिनसे रोजाना का राशन लेते हैं। केमिकल की जैसी या बहुत पुरानी चीज की सी स्मेल आती है दालों में। खाने का भी मन नहीं करता। सारी मेहनत खराब जाती है। ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है please बताएं! कभी कभी बेसन में भी ऐसी स्मेल आती है।

Me apni Daal Cooker me Banata hu... Just like you made.. bas tadka nahi deta hoo... Esaa lagta hai jese Masala sahi se Nahi chada/Utara daal me... Daal aur Masale ka koi Mixture hi nahi lagta...
Me Oil add krne k bad sab masale dalta hoo.. and then Cooker ka Lid close kr ke.. 4-5 whistle hone deta hoo..
Water gets dried after that
Then i try to simmer by adding Half Very Less water...
But It don't work like Ghar ki Daal.... What should i do ?
