Ingredients:
For Chana Dal :
Chana Dal -1 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Black Cardamom - 1
Green chilli - 2
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Jeera matar Rice:
Rice - 1 glass or cup
Water - 1 .5 glass or 1.5 cups
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom - 1
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Green peas - 1/4 cup

Madam, you are awesome. A simple suggestion for the salad. Add a little vinegar salt sugar black pepper powder coriander leaves to the onion tomato cucumber carrot slices shake them well and let the salad rest in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving the salad. Salad is much desired with a meal, isn't it?
