It seems like the father is the only sane one in this family. It really sounds like he just wants Tay to have a normal life which is why he put parental locks on her socials and bank accounts as no 14 year old should have this much freedom- that's common sense. I like how everyone always blames both parents... when it's literally her mother and brother always doing this. The father wants custody of her specifically to prevent this.
The father was likely going to court asking for an emergency injunction or hearing after the stunt because it basically showed that they would be irresponsible on social media again. Probably why he didn’t want to comment. No way they brother didn’t post about the death trying to lead up to her big comeback. All these claims that the father has taken advantage of his daughter and stolen her money. He kept her off social media for 5 years when she could have made a large amount of money. He seems to be trying to be a responsible parent. This really seems to bad divorce and case of parental alienation.
@@amyseaden9069 Of course, the abuse allegations only started once he said he wanted her off the internet, and the allegations only came from the mother and brother.

I theorized that her parents didn’t want her to gain legal access to the accounts again and faked her death to damage her reputation. Seems like that was right.

@BabyGirlTiny these days, people empathize more with her bcs they think of her parents and brother seems to be using her as a money-making tool. The father is ordered by the court that nothing about her is to be on social media or in the news. He legally can't. That's why the parents own the accounts.
Our own logic doesn't make sense, why are they suing the dad for social media control so they can post again if the fathers the one trying to exploit her? It's the father won't let her post and the brother who wants her make money for him. These are the sons lies.
I’m glad Lil Tay and her brother are alive and well. I had a strange feeling something was off, and Atozy mentioning the parents in the last video made me feel like this might be faked and plays into the whole custody battle situation
I hope when she comes to be an adult she can get away from this abusive situation. Whatever she decides to do, any form of capital gain from it, even coming back and picking up where she left off would be great. Just knowing she’s ok is enough for us to breath.
I'm still unclear about why the psychic's guardian angel was supposed to provide any insight. Is it like a friend of Lil Tay's guardian angel and they go bowling and drink some beers together every couple months?
Man, I f'ing knew that the death was suspicious. The minute I found out that there was no record of her death, I knew the parents were trying to pull a fast one
from what videos i have seen on the subject, it seems it's actually the mother and the brother doing the exploiting. apparently, the mother has custody and the father can't do anything but watch helplessly. but regardless of what is true, i just hope that poor girl gets all the help she needs with that toxic environment she is forced to live in.
This whole thing is far more complicated than what we’ve been shown. There is legal reasons for people not talking. There is a lot of speculation coming into this and no one involved is able to clarify anything due to legal battles. In the end I think this whole thing is a mess and a perfect example of trying to regain clout by any means, it win’t end well
Also assume that the no comment from the father was because he was seeking an emergency hearing or something similar. If she was about to get access to social media again this would provide plenty of evidence of why it likely wasn’t a good idea.
Not sure why people always blame the father or accuse him of wanting her money. He seems to have gone to court to get his daughter off social media and she has been off of public social media for years. If he really was interested in financially benefiting from her fame she would still be on the internet. I assume he didn’t want to comment because he was going to the courts and using all this craziness to show the courts that in the lead up to potentially getting social media access again that the brother and lil tai were again acting irresponsibly and asking that the courts consider whether she should have access to public social media again. I think the brother is the one posting about the death. They were likely trying to get people talking getting ready for her big return to social media after years. Assume there may have been an emergency hearing about her access to social media and it’s potential harm. Lil Tai and the brother seem to have assumed they were going to will and celebrated a bittoo early. My theory.
I wonder once she turns 18 and has full control of her life if she will expose her family for who they are... Or if she's just as crazy as them and will continue to be the way she is
she’s a child, she can’t really be blamed for what’s going on. unfortunately, if she isn’t able to get away from her parents she may just end up the way they’re designing. this girl needs to be helped

It's like everyone involved is AI generated. The "last known former manager" sounds potentially legit and then he throws personal psychic out there...crypto...what the actual hell?
My main question is who do they mean when they say, "the parents" of her and her brother. They don't share fathers so it can't be a father of any kind and the mother seemed way too involved with her career in the past to want to stop her kids. The only semi logical read for the mother to want to stop them, is she's mad she's not getting a cut of the money, but that just seems a bit out of character for her especially if Lil Tay and her brother are winning the lawsuit since that's the parent they seem content with. So who are "the parents" the email references?

@TheArtChickRosie true true no sense here, also i think that her brother's doing, cause he is the only one being public. So post, coins , etc benefited him the most(as he seem to be the biggest failure in the family) plus (hopefully) no parent is willing to post that thier kid died

I mean Tay could do other things. If she really wanted to foray into music she could. Or just be a tik toker/youtuber. She doesn't have to do the whole flexing thing. That's not even a trend anymore.
I don't think any of this is the parents or at least not the dad, this screams the brother. You know the 18 year old who scammed investors out of millions, he doesn't exist? The grift is real and I think also that social services need to get involved.
I really think she should be in a better family.. I've never seen a case where child protective services should be more involved in then this one, this poor girl is going to grow up so fucking confused
Ye but social services and the law sadly fall short immensely when it comes to kids that are being put on the internet by their family. Almost every family channel should be shut down and the parents involved extremely monitored. It's sick and disturbing how many of these channels are basically turning their kids into a childactor without supervision or laws to protect them like actual childactors. And we know kids in the industry already get mad exploited, i can't imagine the ones that just get exploited without any laws restricting the parents doing so. It's sad and i really hope we get some rules regarding this trash soon.
I’m not gonna cap, I actually believed it, but I thought they were lying about the cause of her “death”. Knowing Lil Tay’s parents, there would have been way more to it then just an “accident”, they would’ve been entirely responsible for it
😅 I don’t know why but i feel like we have it backwards and it’s actually all the brothers doing. I could have sworn he was the one with access to the account after she was taken in by her father. And he was the one forcing her to do videos and encouraging her to try drugs. I thought the father didn’t want to comment because he didn’t want to shit talk his daughters brother and he seemed like a decent person. Idk maybe I’m wrong.

chances are its not her blood its her brother hes the one whos done everything in the past and it makes no sense for the bio dad to do this considering hes trying to get custody of lil tay it would sabotage that instantly
It’s the mom and brother. The dad is the one who file a court case to have her go back to school (mom took her out of school and took her to LA) and wanted 25% of all the money she wanted go into a trust for her. Once he filed the court case the mom and brother started saying the dad was abusive in an attempt to try and ruin his chances of getting her back and putting her back in school. Mom and brother didn’t want their cash cow to go bye bye.
Horrifying that shes surrounded by all of these adults. I hope she has someone with her best interests around her that she can escape to... poor girl
Ever since her dad got custody there has been zero video picture or posts about her until this "hack". The only one that posted her was her brother and her mom.
Its the brother that faked her death. The parents arnt dumb enough to do that, and they dont seak clout to do that. The brother and maybe lil tate have a good reason to fake the death. The brother might want the parents to look bad so the brother gets custody of tate.
@@EternalResonance the brother isn't fighting for custody. That was a gofundme scam. No court records exist except for the custody fight between the mom and dad and the dad currently has custody while the divorce is finalized
It's hard to blame children, but that family is truly disgusting. There should be serious questions by law enforcement and children's services.
Two words immediately come to mind....horrible parents. Clout chasing should be legally identified as an illness or disease.
Criminal parents. Honestly, this is obvious exploitation.
Using your kids for clout chasing should be in law child abuse. Because clearly what these adults are doing to this child is abuse. Not all abuse is physical they are mentally abusing this teen girl.
Completely agree
this. seeking validation from internet strangers is an addictive behavior and should absolutely be classed as one given our internet-centric era. it provides fuel to narcs and abusive pageant parents. also imo there NEEDS to be laws put in place for child stars on the internet, just like there are for child stars in hollywood. i dont care if american or canadian law doesnt apply everywhere, ALL children need protection ♥
im confused i thought her dad was a good parent and tried to stop the mother from abusing her child by forcing her to the social media shit
Her mom and brother are the monsters her dad has been fighting legal battles to stop them from doing this shit.
I said this before and I'll say this again, thank you so much for having a heart and giving a care about this. Even if it was fake, you weren't covering it to be salacious you were doing it because you cared
I don’t know about Canada but in the USA it’s really difficult for social services to step in to any situation. As long as a child’s basic needs are met there’s pretty much no chance that CPS would remove the child.
The rules are same in Canada.
She was on video smoking a hookah. Hard to fight video evidence
If a complaint is made, the Children's Aid Society will investigate (because they have to). In contentious custody cases like this, after the 3-4 complaints, they briefly bring it up at a follow up meeting or call (this was my experience).
Island boys: "We're releasing a gay incestuous sex tape for clout, in order to stay relevant."

I'm pretty sure the dad is the one trying to keep her off the internet while her brother is desperately trying to restart it.

@@user-sf9gs2pg1b Because when they are believed, it goes well for them depending on how big the person is "telling their truth" and vs how big the person they're coming out about. Once you make an accusation, there are some that do not care to learn if the accusation is true or not and will hate just because they're being told to hate. So the accuser gets a new fan base, their actual victim gets new haters and a permanently damaged reputation, and if they sell something, they have a new customer base that buys their crap because they feel like they're supporting a victim. It takes the actual victim fighting back to ruin the false accuser's scam, but even then the victim will forever have a hit to their reputation and some people will never change their opinion because they don't like admitting they were wrong.

It seems like the father is the only sane one in this family. It really sounds like he just wants Tay to have a normal life which is why he put parental locks on her socials and bank accounts as no 14 year old should have this much freedom- that's common sense. Imagine being hated on for actually being a parent and taking responsibility for your child, he's wasn't even apart of any of the lies or scams yet still faces backlash because of the mother and brother.
He could’ve made a statement tho but maybe legally he was told not to say anything
Bullshit.
@@Zzz2x Considering there is a court case going at the moment yeah he may have been told that he couldn't say anything.
@@Zzz2xthat’s the most likely scenario. I don’t talk at all when involved in my court cases.

Sounds like the person who tried to use the account to scam is scamming again; and dad's response still sounds like the same dad who is tired of this circus act.
Or told by a court that he wasn’t allowed to comment on anything regarding his child or the custody case
I like how everyone always blames both parents... when it's literally her mother and brother always doing this.
The father wants custody of her specifically to prevent this.
The father must be evil because hes a white man ofc
The father was likely going to court asking for an emergency injunction or hearing after the stunt because it basically showed that they would be irresponsible on social media again. Probably why he didn’t want to comment. No way they brother didn’t post about the death trying to lead up to her big comeback. All these claims that the father has taken advantage of his daughter and stolen her money. He kept her off social media for 5 years when she could have made a large amount of money. He seems to be trying to be a responsible parent. This really seems to bad divorce and case of parental alienation.
Exactlyyyy
@@amyseaden9069 Of course, the abuse allegations only started once he said he wanted her off the internet, and the allegations only came from the mother and brother.

BTW the son is the only one who we know for sure is trying to profit from tay. The fathers a wealthy lawyer and he's the reason tay went offline. He won custody and removed her from the internet. If the dad wanted money he'd have let her be online. The brother is saying he doesn't wana sign a contract? Chat what contract? His sister is famous, it's her contract. He's using her.
When we saw the post that she and her brother had died the first thing my son said was it is fake. Which I agreed that it more than likely was and I hope it is fake as bad as faking something like that is. Great video and good reporting. That family needs help.
I theorized that her parents didn’t want her to gain legal access to the accounts again and faked her death to damage her reputation. Seems like that was right.
Honestly my theory was that since the mother and brother said they were close to winning their case that they faked her death to get her back in the public eye before they start pushing her as a public figure again.
What? Damage her reputation how? She already had a negative reputation. That makes absolutely no sense
@BabyGirlTiny these days, people empathize more with her bcs they think of her parents and brother seems to be using her as a money-making tool. If they convince enough people that this is her own doing, her own idea-- she won't be the victim of her family's pressure anymore. She'd be a part of the scheme.
I'm just glad she is okay but she is needs to get away from her family

@STORMDAME Gross, she's not going to notice you.

Child protective services should step in at this point tbh
They should have stepped in years ago, we need laws for kids being put on the internet by their guardians. Child actors have them and they already struggle under the pressure of adults treating them as a product and a moneymaker. I don't understand how we still don't have laws for this trash on the internet. Poor kids man.

I still think it's the brother. He's always been the one behind all of her social media posts, I don't see that changing now. The tip email sent to Atozy looks pretty sketchy, I wouldnt put any weight on itz
The father is ordered by the court that nothing about her is to be on social media or in the news. He legally can't. That's why the parents own the accounts.

She'll go straight to the internet as soon as she can.

I'm still unclear about why the psychic's guardian angel was supposed to provide any insight. Is it like a friend of Lil Tay's guardian angel and they go bowling and drink some beers together every couple months?
I guess an angel would be able to find her up in the sky if she died idk
If you tell a lie, sometimes the lie comes true...careful what you wish upon someone, especially your own children...

Would say it is likely the brother
from what videos i have seen on the subject, it seems it's actually the mother and the brother doing the exploiting. apparently, the mother has custody and the father can't do anything but watch helplessly.
but regardless of what is true, i just hope that poor girl gets all the help she needs with that toxic environment she is forced to live in.

Pretty disappointing seeing you jump right in to cash in someones death for views before checking for a police investigation on their twitter.
My theory.
I like how her brother made sure he was mentioned as dead too, like anyone was like "no, not lil tay's brother, he was taken from us too soon😢
I wonder once she turns 18 and has full control of her life if she will expose her family for who they are... Or if she's just as crazy as them and will continue to be the way she is

So who are "the parents" the email references?
this! i cannot understand who are they fighting? her dad in Canada maybe? the one who wants her offline? i think he needs to make a public statement or he will be the scape goat for her greedy ahole brother
@@GalinaEv but that brings up the question of if they do mean her dad why do they state "their parents" implying that the adult is related to both of them. None of it makes sense to me. @TheArtChickRosie true true no sense here, also i think that her brother's doing, cause he is the only one being public. So post, coins , etc benefited him the most(as he seem to be the biggest failure in the family) plus (hopefully) no parent is willing to post that thier kid died

I'm still on the impression that the brother is a toxic scumbag, and masterminds everything
No way CPS isn't getting involved. Her parents should spend time for this shit. Absolutely DISGUSTING parental behavior
Behind every child actor is a terrible parent and/or parents.
I don't think any of this is the parents or at least not the dad, this screams the brother. He seems to be this mastermind creating every scam in the background, the mother and Tay just go along with it. Also before someone says 'he's too young to be the main scammer' um... Crypto King?
She'll be fine, she's a good actress.
I’m not gonna cap, I actually believed it, but I thought they were lying about the cause of her “death”. Knowing Lil Tay’s parents, there would have been way more to it then just an “accident”, they would’ve been entirely responsible for it
The parents should be charged. That’s gotta be illegal
