    Actually super impressive run. I can imagine it's extremely RNG based for getting grassboppers so you can pass level 5 quickly, but doing that while also staying alive is really impressive. Otherwise, the way I made the game makes the pace pretty rigid. I programmed enemy waves (in a super unoptimized way lol) to always be the same length. The only hiccup you really had was the boss, which can be sped through in like, less than 2 minutes. Overall though thanks haha, you had that crazy moment at 19:47 where it looked like the run might be over.

      I did notice that they were basically all the same length, so it doesn't really reward you for playing cleaner up until the TOBOTs. I'm sure it could be way faster with better play and two grassboppers tho. Also agreed, I am super bad at the boss. I may be better if I didn't keep resetting to the TOBOTs XD. Overall tho it was super fun. Can't wait to see your next games.

      @@211aonscratch4 Haha thanks, I'm on break right now which is always when I make the most progress on things. You played very well overall though! it's an annoying game to speedrun since resetting means 20 minutes of scripted levels to play through again. Let me know if you release something any time soon :)

      @@mattsnows7971 Honestly it's not that bad. Definitely more fun than Hollow Knight for me anyway. Even if you don't get a grassbopper right away, you still stand a chance assuming you get one after the first TOBOT or something. For optimal time it would be annoying but this was mostly just a deathless run.
      Hope you make some good progress on your games. Definitely let me know when you share something too. I'll probably release a hand drawn generic platformer in the next couple of days and then after that I'll go back to working on more big RPGs.
