I love the combination of flavors that you have going on in there, I especially like the addition of the coriander to give it a little brightness - great recipe Lyle :)
That means a lot coming from a classically trained Chef that attended Le Cordon Bleu
I mean Le Cordon Bluuu
Well it should :) ...........No, seriously, I think I'm going to try this one :)

Great rub recipe Lyle. I like that it doesn't have any sugar so it will work great on any high temp beef cook like a good sear. Can add a little brown sugar for the low and slow cook too. Thanks.
I add about 1/4 cup brown sugar to this recipe when I put it on roasts
Been dying to do a tomahawk steak, I'll use this on it when I get down with it! Look forward to the colab. Cheers

Oh man, I've never seen a coffee rub in a store! I've only covered pork loins with homemade coffee rubs, but never beef! Gotta try that!
They have multiple brands of coffee rub out here
👍
That was a very interesting steak rub brother. I will be trying to make that rub. You know when I do that on me calling you a lot of questions and you will say look at the video I don't remember lol.
LOL. You should try it. That store brand I gave you is really good too
I heard about a coffee rub before I may have to look into trying it
I really love it on beef
I'm not a fan of coffee so it would be interesting to taste a coffee rub. I'd probably have to learn to work one of those grinders in the store
This really doesnt taste like coffee at all. The coffee gives it an earthy flavor
Damn. Got a nice grass fed flank that's gonna go on one evening this week!
That would be perfect on that. I love this rub on beef
Sounds good. I take it for homemade coffee rubs you just grind the coffee from beans, its not like instant or anything like that?
I did grind my own beans, but some coffee that is bought in stores is ground enough especially espresso
Nice homemade rub. I've never tried using coffee, I'll have to have my hubby take a look at this video, he does all the meat cooking. I'm semi-vegan.. If there is such a thing... LOL
Coffee goes great in rubs for beef
100th like...Yahoo!!!! :>)>

wow , very nice rub Lyle..never had a coffee rub on steaks before..nope

Hey Lyle- is that a portable table that you work on in your videos? It seems to be a little on the unstable side
I would rather spend money on my subscribers than another cart. I will get around to it
It was never a problem- I was just curious
I hear you. It isnt unstanle so much as it is on wheels on a wood floor
Under a 4 minute video....you ok Bro...LOL....TYFS......
lol. Thanks
I don't know why you need all this. If it is good meat all you need is salt and pepper! ;-)
You said it..lololol
