Quinoa is fab added to and veggie salad and I love it in the summer as it’s so good and different reminds me a whole grain salad I used to get at a vegetarian place I ate at in down town Liverpool so good. Strip steak is my go to 👍🏼

Do I need to marinate the steak for a long time?
Is it okay to use ground arabica expresso coffee for this one?
Need to try this!

Steak doesn’t need to be marinated, rub it on and grill it. The coffee should be fine, it might be a little strong, so just experiment with it 👍🏻
