    1/4 cup (equal parts) following: coffee, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, coarse ground black pepper, kosher salt

    Hey Ken,
    I dig your videos. saw its been a while since your coffee rub video. We got a coffee that we cold smoke with pecan and cherry wood I think you'd like. No pressure, but if you want to try it I will send you bag. If you like it of course a video would be awesome but no pressure.

    I tried it personally I would use less garlic powder it was a little too overpowering I also added another 1/8 cup of coffee and brown sugar
    I've been trying to replicate mcCormick cowboy rub since they quit making it

      It would be great on all of them. Well, that is if you like it on one I think you'd like it on all. Rub is a very individual thing. But this one works for me! :) Happy Camping and Merry Christmas!
