An easy guide on how to interpret the bible, as practised by all christian apologists:-
    1. Any verse that says something nice and reasonable is to be taken literally and proves how great the bible is.
    2. Any verse that says something outrageous and ridiculous is just a poetic metaphor and needs to be reinterpreted to mean something different.

And every Verse where "God" demands mass murder, genocide, or to cut the belly of pregnant women open and to fetch the Fetus and smash it against a nearby rock is just an expression of "God" awesome Love and tender heartedness.....
And of course EVERY Family Father is just most thrilled to butcher his only good Son so that all the shabby rotten Kids could go on his expense to Heaven.....we ALL KNOW Christians practice what they preach, lol.
But all these creepy Televangelists have no scruples to put their hands into your pockets or declare some egotistical notorious Liar, Rascal & Jerk like Trump as a direct Godsend in all their spiritual and moral bankruptcy is just "business as usual"
When Christ warned of all the wolves in sheep's clothing and the false preachers that would come after him he must have had a shockingly precise Vision of "Christ"ianity and all it's false Doctrines, Scriptures, Dogmas coming with an epic history of crimes against humanity and all the abuse, destruction, fraud, damage caused over almost 2 Millenia for the sake of power, money, control..

One of them was the claim that heaven exists in another "dimension" while the hell is literally in the center of the Earth. Like why... I expected the hell to just be the polar opposite of heaven. And there was no indication that in general, the Earth itself is the opposite of heaven. I find that highly unlikely as assertions of he'll definitely post date Greek mythology and who really is most likely to have copied whom in its adaptation? As little as they might like it small corner of the world only top 10 at the bottom during time of David Solomon had very little influence on the world at large. While the Greeks certainly did on a large scale adapt elements from all over, it fits w their mythology and doesn't seem so cut and paste.

Science cannot explain the origin of the universe. The Big Bang theory is so illogical because nothing can come from nothing. Where did the matter of the Big Bang come from? What is the source of the energy that caused the Big Bang since energy can’t be created or destroyed? Did this matter exist from infinity? Matter cannot have existed without a beginning. Creation story makes more sense than the Big Bang. All the inventions we enjoy today have a beginning, cars, phones, TVs, skyscrapers etc. They were invented by intelligent humans in time from things already existing. So how can one hold that the diversity in the universe just popped up after a Big Bang without a creator. As regards evolution. Evolution doesn’t disprove creation. Existing beings may evolve. But before anything can evolve it most exist first. Now answer this is space finite or infinite? They’re many assumptions in science. Many things science cannot explain. The universe must have been created by an intelligent, supernatural, all powerful being. If you still hold on to the Big Bang show me an experiment of something coming out of nothing? You ask for prove of God. Prove to me how something like the matter or gasses of the big band can just exist from nothing. Since nothing can come from nothing there must be a creator who brought things into existence from nothing. This creator is God.

Honestly for my whole life I have wanted to trust the bible implicitly. But for me I just have noticed so many things for my self that didn't add up. But I genuinely wanted to believe it all to be true. Its been an internal struggle most of my life. I am a JW but have been inactive for several years. I don't blame anyone for wanting to believe in a creator or in the bible and if they live as better people for it good on them. I have also taken issue with many thing especially the cherry picking of carbon dating. It just always felt disingenuous to me. But ultimately there are parts of me that wish I could be simple minded and not question things. It seems like such a simple life.
I used to be envious of people who could just read something and believe. Meanwhile I stay up for days at a time researching little details, I hate it. One thing that has always bothered me about religion in general is when you would pose a logical question that was very sound and had no biblical reason, you are met one of two ways. Your an apostate or you just lack faith. Now I am not here to side with one or the other. Just to give an account of someone stuck in a sort of limbo for most of my life. Its a strange place to be when you question both sides of the argument. I have watched many debates and read many articles and haven't found my self satisfied by either side. One thing I did years ago I decided to not question or care anymore just live my life the way I wanted. I have no remorse or guilt I am actually much happier living in the now. Not that I'm trying to dissuade anyone from finding a god or religion. I just remember the countless nights of not feeling good enough for my inquisitiveness. I just accepted ill never be satisfied with any answer and quit caring from both perspectives.

I was raised as a JW and left when I was around 17. As I started to fade out my mother pleaded with me to have a weekly bible study with an elder, to ease her mind I agreed. He was not an idiot and could tell that I was becoming sceptical of the whole thing. His big ace up his sleeve that proved the bible was the real deal was the verse you spoke about at 43:10 where Isiah spoke about the 'circle' of the Earth. He told me that back then everyone thought the Earth was flat, but here was Isiah, using the information he received from big J, talking about how it was round. For him, this proved that the bible was all factual truth. I looked straight up after reading this verse and said, 'but the Earth isn't a circle, it's a sphere.' 'Oh, same thing.' He says while brushing it aside.

To reply to a hour and 38 minutes of trying to find errors in the Bible will take a long long time, so i picked 1 verse out of many mentioned here.
1 Chronicles 16:30: Does the Bible Say the Earth Doesn't Move?
A frequent visitor to my blog left a comment where he alluded to biblical passages that speak of the earth not moving (geocentricism). He did not cite a specific verse but this is not the first time I heard that criticism so I'm aware of certain passages which are frequently cited in support of that claim. Perhaps the most frequently cited is 1 Chronicles 16:30 :
Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. (1 Chronicles 16:30)
At first hearing, this criticism seems to have legs (for any Bible critic reading this, I'm using an expression. The criticism does not "literally" have legs). The genre of 1 Chronicles is historical narrative - unlike Psalms which is Hebrew poetry. So when we read a passage like 1 Chron 16:30 in the midst of historical narrative, it seems as though the Bible might literally be saying the earth does not move. A quick look at the context, however, quickly dispels that notion.
First off, the passage is clearly introduced as a psalm (ie “song” or “prayer”) of David. 1 Chronicles 16: 7 says, " Then on that day David delivered first this psalm to thank the Lord into the hand of Asaph and his brethren." Like the book of Psalms, the passage uses poetic descriptions to convey spiritual truth - not necessarily literal truth. In the same passage (v. 32-33) David says that the sea “roars,” the fields “rejoice,” and the trees “sing.”
Why not the same critics who allege this passage endorses geocentricism, also assert the Bible teaches that trees sing? It's because they know that people will immediately recognize trees singing as an obvious use of metaphor. Yet they still quote v. 30 as though it's meant to be a statement of fact. This is a clear case of quote mining where critics cite a passage out of context in order to make it sound like the Bible says something that it clearly does not intend.
Another thing we must be careful to consider is what is meant by the use of words like "world" and "earth." Often, when these words are used, they are not referring to the physical earth but the people of the earth. This is demonstrated in the same verse in question. 1 Chron 16:30 says, "Fear before Him all the earth." Do you think this means the literal “earth” should fear Him or does it not more likely mean the people of the earth? It could mean the literal earth in the same sense that the “fields” rejoice. On the other hand, it could also mean the people of the earth. The Bible does use the words “earth” and “world” in that sense; H ere are some indisputable examples where this is so:
And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity. ( Isaiah 13: 11a )
And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. ( Luke 2: 1 )
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. ( John 3:16 )
In these passages, and others, the word “world” clearly means the people who live in the world. No one, for example, could rationally argue that Luke 2: 1 means that the literal earth (that is, dirt and rock) is going to be taxed.
We also have to ask what is meant by "not moved." The most ordinary meaning, of course, is that it means “stationary” and that is what the critics who cite this passage claim it means. However, "not moved" can also mean "not moved from its course" or "unpersuaded." Psalm 21: 7 says, "For the king trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved." I'll ask you: does this passage mean the king is stationary or does it mean that he should not be moved from his trust in the Lord?
In conclusion, remember that this is a psalm. In a poetic passage that says the Lord established the earth that it should not be moved, it would be entirely unreasonable to interpret that to mean the Lord established the ways of the earth (or its people) and it / they will not be moved from the way He established? What is unreasonable is that critics (whether intentionally or by ignorance) ignore the clear context of a passage and assert the correct interpretation of an obvious use of poetry is that it is meant to be literal fact. It's no wonder that critics see the Bible as rife with errors. They obviously have trouble reading.
Plus a quick note also on on Psalm 104:8
Please read in context instead of trying to mislead people.
You said and displayed it in writing at minute 42:08
8 -Mountains ascended + and valleys descended -
To the place you established for them.
But if we read it in context
1 verse before and 1 verse after
7 But at your rebuke the waters fled,
    at the sound of your thunder they took to flight;
8 they flowed over the mountains,
they went down into the valleys,
to the place you assigned for them.
    9 You set a boundary they cannot cross;
never again will they cover the earth.
Obviously it is talking about the waters not the mountains and the valleys. Please do not mislead people.
P.S. this is a Psalm, the book of Psalms is poetry
Please do read the Bible in context and do a little bit more research on the type of literature of the text is written in, before trying to say that it is in error.
Thank you and be blessed in Jesus' mighty name.

Most everyone will agree that the Bible contains symbolic truth. The issue is to understand the literal Bible. For example we read that: "The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good". Does God have literal eyes? Then we look at the cherubim in Ezekiel 10:12 and we see: "Their entire bodies, including their backs, hands, and wings, were full of eyes all around" So our literal understanding is that the Cherubim are the eyes of God. The Bible has to be properly translated and interpreted. Science tends to go with the best explanation we have until we have more information. As we continue to learn and increase in our understanding.

Many people try to equate the bible with scientific processes. The very first chapter of the Bible states that an Entity created Time, Space, Matter, Energy, and Physics from nothing. Not only that, there are other instances where the Bible states that the Entity can alter time, space, matter, energy, and physics at will. To top that off, the Entity can alter your mind and memories... To try to claim scientific errors with an Entity that can do those things would be a fruitless endeavor.

@@TubeSkaterRudy Naw, the bible is already completely misunderstood and not actually read through by 99.99999999% of the people that claim to believe in and worship the words within that crappy book...
If you want to actually read the bible, go to Amazon and grab the "Holy Bible - Best God Damned Version - The Books of Moses" which is lot more interesting and summarized read of the Old Testament! Then if you want, compare it to the actual bible if you want to confirm it's legit and accurate!
It made me laugh out loud a few times when it would tell you what's in the chapter or section of the bible, then would comment on the situation. That book was the absolute best and my most favorite book out of all the books I have read!
People don't actually read the bible because it's ridiculous and obvious fiction, as well as proven without a doubt to be absolutely inaccurate, which you will know for sure by reading over and actually putting some real thought into the first paragraph of the bible. Where the author of the first section was way behind on a few very major scientific discoveries since his time...
The obvious hilarity as well with the entire rest of the bible is the amount of effort that was put into trying to trick other people into believing that the people of the times fictional ideas were instead real true, when they were obviously either mentally ill or they were on a mission to obtain followers for their own groups, through manipulation using mostly scare tactics and threats, with a few really sad little parlor tricks they somehow apparently pulled off to convince some very over or under exaggerated amounts of people around them depending on the situation.
So much of the bible is trying to cover and back pedal over lies that were told previously, which would either just completely contradict and change all of a sudden to something completely different with a new narrative as well, or the lies would be continuously be mentioned as a constant brainwashing reminder, but would slightly include little twists and details to bend their meaning and purpose.
To be completely honest, the bibles entire content is borderline retarded, and is obviously meant to target and manipulate the massive population of like minded individuals that are unfortunately born and brought up into the areas that the bible is worshipped, and the same goes for all of the other 4000+ other gods and 4000+ other worshipped religions that parents continue to abuse or allow their children to abused by others with, from the earliest of ages!
Good luck letting someone grow up completely void of theistic influences and child abuse messing up their proper thinking and educated minds, then when they are around 18 years of age and have experiences reality without influential mind f**kery, tell them all about any of these worshipped books of BS, and see how they react to this information you try to get them to follow! LOL
I say it's mass child abuse on a global level, because it implants other peoples beliefs in that many children's minds from the start of their lives when they are most influential, vulnerable, as well as gullible, that were passed down through generations of absolute ignorance, which causes mass amounts of the human population on this planet to instantly defend and or dismiss all natural as well as educated thought toward forming their own educated opinions or ideas about what they were told, and lead to believe as a result. I don't know about you, but I feel like that is a pretty horrible thing to do to developing children that one day become adults that will instantly shut down anything that suggests they might have been mislead their whole lives, and prevented from trying to figure anything out for themselves because they were told not to try to be more smart than the magic old invisible giant man that made the human species out of dirt like a little sand castle, then breathed his magic invisible life breath into the dirt mans nose to bring the little dirt man to life, so the giant magic invisible old man, which would mean he would have a penis in order to be a man, which is what our species calls a "man" because a man is one of the only actual 2 types of our entire species, that uses a penis as it's normal human instinctual reproductive organ to reproduce, which is our only actual purpose and "Meaning of Life" that people just can't ever figure out, because they are too concerned with these ridiculous BS fictional stories from the simple minds of our ancestors thousands of years ago, before our species was able to look into microscopes and telescopes, to see well beyond their immediate line of sight everywhere their self important lives roamed...
Believe those old books, or else!!!
      Or else what?
Oh, you will see when you are dead and your brain no longer forms thoughts and no longer retains memories, because your blood stops flowing and supplying your body with everything it needs to function!
But then how would I be able to remember anything that was processed as thoughts in my physical brain that I had when I was alive, and be able to continue being anything that I was as a person while living on a cloud that is above the snow globe above earth, that holds the water out so it doesn't flood the earth again when the god from the bible communicates with a single person again in that persons head, and tells him the exact plans that are required to build a giant ship out of wood that can sail the entire planet, just like that 550 year old man named Noah did when he traveled the entire undiscovered world on his ark so he could pick up those kangaroos and koalas and penguins and all those other animals him and his sons somehow convinced to climb aboard their boat, so the god could then COMPLETELY MURDER ALL OF THE HUMAN SPECIES with a massive flood where he opens the top flood gate and pours the water in from above, and the one below to also shoot the universe water from outer space in from under the snow globe like dome that the god created when he separated the waters to form an area for our flat 4 corners of earth that was created on the 3rd day, before the sun and moon were created, which somehow all 4 of those days somehow took place and happened without the earth rotating around the sun, but the sun and moon are actually in the dome live in that holds the water out..............
And this is exactly why the bible, and all other ancient absolutely uneducated and obviously very simple minded authors from a couple thousand years ago and more, are historical thoughts of fiction as they tried to make sense of their lives and their surroundings... And which is why you weren't brought up to realize that the bible is a book that nobody reads from page 1 all the way through to the end, just like ALL other books other than reference books without stories of any sorts, but the bible is all stories, and they are really terrible ones at that! LOL

dude, the knowledge the prophets had wasn't always literal, and God made it simple for the people of the time to grasp. For example, when Moses said that god made us from dirt and his breath, it symbolizes our bodies and souls. Moses wouldn't understand if god said '' you're carbon-based organisms". Dirt symbolizes carbon molecular chemistry. Dirt is what Earth's land mainly consists of, and carbon is one of the most dominant elements of Earth. There are also misinterpretations of the bible due to the catholic church. The flood didn't happen worldly but only in Mesopotamia. What you say are inaccuracies is just you misunderstanding the bible

But if god HAD said "you're carbon based life forms" that would have been a huge flag to future generations about the biblle about divine origins. But of course it doesn't. The bible simply relfects the ignorance of the desert tribesmen living in the bronze age who made it up.

    • @erenattacktitan4964
      @erenattacktitan4964 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@richardgregory3684 if God had directly said that we're carbon based lifeforms then the people of that age wouldn't understand what He meant. Imagine a farmer 3000 years before listening to that. He could never believe or accept it. He wouldn't even understand. That's why god says things in a way that everyone understands. For example, John in revelation said that the stars will fall. Now we know that those are not stars but satellites. John said that with the mark of the beast we can be located everywhere and the Antichrist will know where we are. Now we know that John talked about a kind of tracking device in the form of a microchip. It's obvious that when sth is metaphorical we shouldn't look it at face value. Now you might ask what's metaphorical. An easy answer would be, the parables and the visions. Both genesis and revelation were visions, and not sth that Moses or John actually experienced.

Christianity has a long history of making stuff up. The Nicene Creed pays close attention to divine hierarchy and is a masterpiece of inventiveness. In the case of the Bible, you don't have to go into detail to realize it consists of a number of human authors all saying different things in different books. If the Bible were the word of God, its content would be consistent throughout and full of wisdom. Instead, much biblical dogma borders on the suicidal. If you accept that the writers were human, they can be forgiven for their scientific inaccuracy; they were writing to reassure and inspire desperate, uneducated people long before the scientific revolution. So we must be careful of overdoing the 20-20 hindsight.

Just 3 errors in this list. Unfortunately, those three eliminate almost every point.
    1. The Bible is not a scientific publication. Treating it as one leads to many of the points being wrong-headed. For example, Job is a book of metaphor closer to poetry than science. Psalms is a book of songs i.e. poetry again. Other books of the Bible contain poetry or other metaphors. The prophets use a lot of metaphors.
    2. There is no recognition that the Bibel was written a very long time ago. To judge it by modern science is just foolish. For example, pi being referred to as being 3 and using an approximation of 3.14 show a lack of understanding of the history of mathematics. 3 is the closest rational number to pi, if you do not have a concept of irrational numbers 3 is correct. It is possible that some of the founders of mathematics may have known about irrational numbers but would that be used by authors of texts written at that time, no because it would not be understood. Other things fall into this as well, for example, the moon emitting light. But then again at a quantum level, it does :).
    3. The interpretations used are cherry-picked from best know bad interpretations. Creation in six days is the most obvious. For a start, Genesis was written in Hebrew where "day" is a period of time where things happen that may be years in length. We use Day, in the same way, today e..g. "The Day of the Jackle (c)".
One extra bonus point. Some points speak out of silence. That is none of us know because there is no record, no evidence. The Biblical position could be more accurate than our current understanding because the evidence may have been lost or not yet discovered. See the story of Nazareth in the early 2000s.
Try looking at the Bible again but as books of literature and history. It is certainly better than taking a single-minded approach.

What about the creation of Adam, the Flood, the Exodus, Solomon the great king who is absent from parallel human history, the stories of monsters, flat earth etc etc.
The only thing that is real about the Bible is that it is a book of fiction.

    • @chriscopley5151

@@doyouknoworjustbelieve6694 I did not imply any of those points. The Creation story is interesting in that it is only a very short ancient account of Creation that demonstrates a view that is well ahead of what we would expect. Some of the events in the story are only now being recognized by science. For example, the separation of light and darkness and the formation of stars, planets, and other astronomical bodies. By the way, the separation of light and darkness is a reasonable description of what happened as the very early universe cooled. My point is that the Bible is not a scientific record of what happened, it is an account written by someone (traditionally believed to be Moses, other scholars think others). The theological view is that the writing is inspired by God. Please note, it took thousands of years for sciences to come to a beginning of the universe and many scientists still don't like it.
The creation of Adam is different, evolution presents the tree of life as an answer and the Bible says God made him from dust. I think we all have too many unknowns to be making claims of complete answers.
The Exodus, my view is that Archeology is still catching up with what happened that long ago. Clearly, there are big holes in any proposed account from so long ago. There are modern archeological finds and theories which support parts of the Biblical account and some which don't appear to. There are just too many unknowns. My point is that where there have been claims that are supposed to disprove the Bible, many have been proved wrong (see Nazareth for a modern example). We should not make assertions from silence. This is a fundamental concept to Christian theology. Not that it stops some from making such assertions.
One last comment on history. The Bible is part of Human History. When it is used to examine the past, it is treated the same way as any other historical source, it is viewed as a document with biases, all documents have biases.
Monsters in the Bible are either real animals (e.g. one to two-horned unicorns, rhinoceros) or attempts at descriptions of heavenly beings (e.g. angels) or metaphors in prophecy (e.g. the beast in revelation).
Your last point is patently wrong as the Bible does support historical accounts which are accepted as having really happened by the major historians that study those periods.
I suspect you are looking at these things from a limited knowledge set. One mistake many people make is to think that Christians are blind to many of these questions. They are not they have been studying them for centuries and understand them far better than most atheistic writers.
My challenge is to understand these things not to take a convenient argument given to me from a limited perspective.
In answer to the question "Do I know or just believe" the answer is both. Some things I know and believe, others I need to trust the source. When the source has been found to be trustworthy over many years and to many people it is not a bad thing to do.

The most natural interpretation of the key clause Job 40:17a is that the tail of Behemoth is compared to a cedar for its great size, and there is nothing in the context which contradicts this possibility, even though the exact sense of the verb is extremely difficult to determine.
Consequently, the most reasonable interpretation (which also takes the whole passage into account) is that Behemoth was a large animal, now extinct, which had a large tail. Thus some type of extinct dinosaur should still be considered a perfectly reasonable possibility according to our present state of knowledge.
Now many of the descriptions of dragons fit with how dinosaurs are described by modern scientists. evolutionists refuse to acknowledge it as valid evidence because of their belief that man and dinosaurs did not live at the same time.

Yes, the real question is whether the Hebrew language has words to describe the science the writer was expected to express. God can only deal with people according to the knowledge at that time. Try explaining a day in a human's life on Mars today, even if you were told what the devices will be used on Mars, you'd get it wrong. That doesn't mean those devices will never exist, or humans won't do those things on Mars, and most importantly, that what you were told is wrong. I always say once you leave JW, it’s easier for you to become an atheist than a churchgoer (I hope this word doesn’t offend people that goes to church as my terminologies are still kinda JW inspired) I was a JW all my life till my mom died when I was 14, at 14 I was already an orphan, me and my bro was being raised by a single mom who was entirely our world and when she died, all hope died, JW wanted me to drop out of school and just become a full time preacher, I was already a baptized regular pioneer, we were poor and me and my brother were even homeless at a point after mom died, I started going to work as a laborer where you get paid daily, and I started to miss meetings because I had to put food on our stomach and this was back in Africa where you don’t get help from government or even relatives. Long story short, JW was mad at me and even as an orphan with no one, they took everything away from me, I was already a lonely orphan and here they were taking everyone I knew from me (only ex JW Will understand this, I had no friend outside of JW, we didn’t even play with the kids in our neighborhood because they weren’t JW, we knew no one outside of the organization) The fact that JW would weaponize the few friends they let you have against you at your lowest point is pure evil. The case was so bad that it made some youth leave the organization because they just wouldn’t cut me off as they understood my struggle. Young guys left the congregation to stand by me. It’s just a lot of stories that I just tried to summarize as much as I can! JW would take everything away from your whether you’re a kid who just became an orphan or not because they don’t care about you, they only care about the hours you report and the people you converted or brought into “The Truth”. 2016 was the year I decided to be the master of my life and stop being a slave to “Jehovah’s organization” and have a say in the direction I want my life to go. I’ve been free since then, I officially left at age 16 and today, I’ve made it now, I have a good life and I’m now in a position to help others as I’m very stable in every aspect now and moved here recently and I’m back to school. I’m grateful to see videos like this because I’m happy to see people escape JW successfully without them pushing you into suicidal thoughts or making you hurt yourself when they take everything away from you!
And JW are the only people that’ll literally scold you and tell you how much of a big unforgivable sin you’re committing when they know you’ve attempted suicide instead of talking to you and finding the reason that pushed you into such decisions. I’m not saying I encourage suicide, I’m just saying it’s wrong to scold such person without finding out what pushed them to such decisions in the first place.

@@tothejudgemental8299 yes, but the bible, this particular book, was shredded by the council of Nicea. Almost no texts from before it survived. We KNOW they changed it heavily. The council made the changes they made specifically to gain better control over the people and to give themselves a higher standing/ position of power.
Therefore, the bible is a collection of myths and legends made by humans who did not have good intentions. The stories they pulled from were probably mostly made by humans with good intentions, but they were coped into the bible and altered by men with bad intentions.

@@ZackBurnsOG we actually don't know that.... there is actually no research (buy ANY religious scholar) that a small number of a few bishops in Nicea "collected" or created anything (most Christian bishops did not even attend). That is simply not true. The First Council of Nicaea was called to debate and decide the divinity of Jesus (meaning was he just the "Son of God" or also the divine embodiment of God on earth). What we call the "Bible" is different depending on the denomination: the traditional Catholic Bible is different from the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. People just keep repeating this internet lie.

I’ve been trying to tell many of my fellow Christians to be weary about getting science from the Bible. There is no reason to think ancient people should be writing about science or have a modern scientific view of the world. They had a ancient near eastern view of the world.

@@Skyfoogle No, The Government used the Church to do as it wished. The Catholic Church complied. But there was another Church and that was the Orthodox Church that did nothing of the sort. SO which Church are you talking about, first of all... and then you can read about Henry the VIII and how the England created their own Church because the Church would not comply with his wishes. Read some history books.

Let us keep in mind that, wrong or right, Christian parents teach their children what they, believe to be the factual truth. Not a disgraceful, maleficent planning to ruin the lives of their own children.

absolutely but children will grow out of the nonsense their parent taught them, unless they are caught out civilization, they will grasp reality and get off the indoctrination
