so great to see all these new changes and food ideas!! i deal w some health conditions and really bad bloating + have been focusing on my gut health too! a lot of sugar free / low calorie foods have sm processed ingredients in it and focusing on unprocessed foods has helped my gut + relationship w food!
Love this!! I’ve been on a similar gut health journey the past few weeks, so it was great to get some new ideas. Something I always do to reap the benefits of turmeric is put pepper + turmeric powder on my avocado toast
In California, i could not find normal food and got a terrible bowel disorder but things quickly returned to normal then I returned to Greenland and switched to my native Eskimo food, the best food for the intestines is meat or fish and without spices.
If you don’t like drinking plane water, try cutting orange, cucumber, mint, or lemon slices and putting it in water in the fridge for a while. I also love herbal tea (iced or hot). My favorite herbal teas are spearmint, chamomile, hibiscus, and one called Evening in Missoula which is such a good blend!
hey girl i love this vid and i struggled with gut health for a while and something that really helped was yogurt. like a higher quality one with not as much sugar. Its also such a good snack with honey and granola and fruit. not that you need it bc you seem to be THRIVING rn but just a suggestion!!!
Just eat as many plants in general, limit artifical sweeteners or prodcuts full of fillers, preservatives, chemicals etc I like the chamomile tea and dandelion tea!
I noticed my gut health improved when I started eating more plant based and especially cut out the dairy. Whole grains, beans and lentils, fruits and veggies help of course, but anything with artificial sweeteners or even stevia is a no for me.
I don’t like really artificial ingredients, flavors, dies, sweeteners etc. But I found this protein shake company called OWYN, and their coffee shake is so so so good. If you are looking to replace energy drinks with something with super simple, clean ingredients, give it a try. I’m seriously hooked.
