    let's get our lives back together! i am officially starting my 66 day challenge tomorrow - join me if you like or just watch me & cheer me on hehe. i hope you will enjoy this little day in my life, trying to get out of a slump and becoming the best version of myself again ❤️

    MY 66 DAYS CHALLENGE
    ☾ Wake up before 8am on 6 out of 7 days
    ☾ No social media within the first hour of the day
    ☾ Plan days & weeks using a planner (can be digital or paper based)
    ☾ Write and structure my own workouts whenever I can
    ☾ Get up and out to the gym within one hour after waking up when I can
    ☾ Take care of my physical self
    ☾ Eat well
    ☾ Do some work every day & get it done on time
    ☾ (At least) 20 minutes of gentle movement, preferably walks, each day
    ☾ Feed my soul by doing or eating things that bring me joy
    ☾ Read at least 10 pages of a book I enjoy each day
    ☾ Go to sleep between 11pm and 12am

      @@nella10123 so I wouldn’t say that I have changed my habits as much but I was already practicing good habits I feel like I spent most of the time healing a lot of my mental health, and finding balance, so I think I did a good job, obviously still am continuing to improve. Thanks for asking ❤️

    I actually cried listening to the first 3 minutes of this video. I have been feeling guilty for falling out of my healthy routines because, just as you said, life got in the way. Thank you so much for talking about this, this helped me to understand and accept that it's normal to go through a fallout, and it makes me feel less alone. Sending much love!

    hoping someone would comment the daily habits she puts in the corner so i will ☺️
    1. wake up before 8am
    2. no social media for the first hour of the day
    3. weekly + daily planner
    4. write my own workout
    5. go to the gym within one hour after waking up when u can + 4-5 times a week
    6. take care of my physical self
    7. make the bed everyday
    8. eat well and what you crave
    9. get work done + on time
    10. feed my soul (do or eat something that brings me joy)
    11. read at least 10 pages of a book of your choice
    12. go to bed within 11pm + 12am

    i haven’t even watched the video yet but just by reading the description of the goals, i think this will be the best one i can find. i’ve been looking at fifty day challenges, “project 50”, and others. even though this one is longer i think it’ll actually fit with my schedule.

    Just wanted to say thank you for this vid. I watched it randomly while looking for (any) motivation to get on track, and honestly your breakfast looked so good- I made myself some avocado toast for dinner. I even relearned how to poach an egg for the occasion ("Downshiftology" has an awesome how-to vid for this). And my dinner was DELICIOUS. After a year+ of frozen meals and takeout, I actually cooked something. I'm actually slightly proud of myself... lol! Felt good. Thanks for the inspo. :)

    Embarking on my fitness journey & I had to download an app where I can log my workouts before going to the gym I came across Strong too! It's very handy in creating my routine & having a plan ahead of time. That's where I struggled the most over the years. Knowing what to do & having a plan!

    your daily planning resonated with me and I find it very productive.💯💯💯
    however, I would like to share that I also practice making a weekly 168 hour schedule (weekly micro planner) wherein in plan out my entire week by the hour everyday and it has revolutionized my schedule and freed up so much time that I can now allocate time for my friends, family and extra curriculars as well which earlier seemed impossible to find.

    I got covid a week ago and it's been super hard to do anything productive so watching your video really gave me the push I needed to clean up my life and get out of isolation strong. Btw, what songs did you use in this video? I want to add them to my playlist.

      I had covid too was in quarantine for two weeks. It's been really hard to get back at it. I was getting back to my old habits
