I absolutely LOVE those headlights!! I have a 2022 F550 with stock halogen headlights and want to change. Can you provide a link to those headlights?? Also, was it plug and play install??
Here is the link to the exact part that we installed on this truck www.morimotohid.com/search?keywords=LF508 . Everything is plug and play like they advertise. They even send a new fuse for the DRL that you have to install. You will end up with an unused plug on the truck side. IMHO the Morimoto headlights the coolest after market upgrade we've installed so far!
You may consider the fog lights they offer to really finish off the look. Good luck with your install!

Thanks Cory, in your video, you stated that the truck had a 32k GCVW rating. Is the Ford really that low when it comes to the 550? My rig with my 350 weighs all of that and a bucket of change. That CA 84 has to weigh more than that if they are pulling a Luxe. I understand why you go with the Rams for the Turn Keys. Beautiful truck though!
Robin at around 3:53 I was referring to the capacity of the Trailer Saver TSLB2h Air Hitch w/ 3rd air bag. To clarify the hitch itself is rated for 7,500Lbs hitch/pin weight and 32,000LBs GVWR of the towable or trailer. The 2022 Ford F-550 in this video has a 40,000 LBs GCWR and a 19,500Lbs GVWR with roughly a 9,000LBs payload (This truck weighs 10,520Lbs after upfit). Thank you for the question.

@@wj2791 I don't have any real world fuel mileage numbers at this time for the Ford Chassis Cab like this.
The RAM 5500s with basically the same gear ratio as the Ford get 8-9 mpg towing a 25,999LB (GCW should be in the 38,000-39,000LB range) LUXE and 16mpg bob tail. 62 mph seems to be a very happy speed and rpm for the motor to make good happy efficient power for the RAMs.
I will see if I can get some real world mileage numbers from this customer and report back.

Cory, I need to haul Luxe’s but I need to haul gooseneck horse trailers as well. Solution??
We're flexible on the hitch that we install. The TSLB-2H that we install standard on the turn-key trucks can be order with an additional gooseneck ball head that can be swapped out with the 5th Wheel head.
The only thing to consider with this setup is that it's going to raise the gooseneck ball to about 49" from the ground to the base of the ball.
If this elevation is an issue we can install 5th wheel rails and the B&W Turnover ball setup in the bed. This would allow you to remove the 5th Wheel hitch and use the Gooseneck ball when you need to. You could possibly run the companion hitch with the turnover ball setup BUT we would need to make sure we know what your GVWR is on the trailer you intend to pull and it's pin weight.

I want something like this but stretched to have a space behind the back-seats. And a larger DEF tank.

Elevation Off Grid does a "pickup" bed conversion to these trucks. We currently don't offer a pickup bed conversion for the Ford.

Is that fuel tank a replacement for the stock tank or does it flow directly into the stock tank as an added auxiliary tank? I had a 90 gallon RDS on my F450 but it flowed into the truck's stock 48 gallon. I loved having all that fuel capacity.
James, the fuel tank that we installed in the bed is an Aux. tank and uses a fuel pump to pump into the factory tank automatically.
