      I’d say for me the butterfly was harder! I’ve been pretty impressed with myself though that I haven’t struggled as much as I thought I would! Maybe I’m just getting use to doing every abs workout Cassey uploads 😉

    I'm so proud of myself! This is the first day that I have been able to keep up with your pace, do the complete move without switching to the modification halfway through, and do all 100 in a row without stopping for a break! I guess I'm getting stronger :) Thank you so much for creating this challenge, Cassey, and good luck to everyone on this journey, keep going, you can do it!

      Day 13 done! But I couldn't do a single butterfly sit-up 😭 Legit couldn't pull myself up at all for a butterfly sit-up. My abs are so weak😭😭😭

      I managed 10 odds full sit up, and then resorted to crunches too- we'll get there eventually, as long as we keep working at it! Point is, we still did exercise! 😊

      Everytime I would try to do a situp my legs would go flying up to try and build the momentum to get up

    I had to stick my feet under the tv stand. I just couldn't get the move to work. But, having done that, I made it to the end. I'm seeing changes in my abs already. I hope all of these videos are put on one page, easy to find, as when I finish the 30 days, it would be nice to start again. It promotes as discipline of fitness that I am enjoying. Thanks for the program, Casie. It works!!!!

    I feel so good after doing these ab workout. They make me feel like I have accomplished something!!! I just did the last 5 workouts in one day cuz I missed 5 days because of too much school work... Getting back on track and this workout definitely woke me up and shook me to the core

    I did this last instead of first in the workout series today, and I am so glad I did because if I'd started with this, I might have called it a day. But I stuck it out without modifications... and with many alarming grunts. (Matt, you were a trooper!) Thanks so much, Cassey, you've been my fitness beacon since 2012.

    Every day Cassey is showing me - and us - how STRONG she is ! She did the 100 butterfly and without a blink. She even was speaking the entire time ! I had to stop 4 times because my head even got dizzy ! How strong 🙋🙋🙋
    Plus, she proved us 3 times during those 13 days that she was stronger than a man ! Gogogogo Cassey ❤️❤️

    I’ve followed you since 2014 and I love your videos. But this one is surprisingly my favorite. Seeing the realness and pain from Matt helped me get through. These works outs are hard and seeing someone else go through the pains with me is so helpful!

    This is why I watch this channel . The encouragement, the different levels and I appreciate hearing her perspective on fitness . It does make sense ! I go to the gym with a friend and my strength training is great but my running is terrible albeit it’s the other way around for her . I am here for seeing the struggle bus because it’s real and he’s human lol . I now want to get on the floor and do this

    It's really cool watching Cassie workout with others
    Cuz you see just how patient and understanding she actually is what you don't really get that feeling when you work out with her and it's just her in the video.
    It's even better because she's doing it with people who aren't at her Fitness level and that helps a lot because believe you me I am not at that Fitness level.

    I actually loved this one! I finished about 10 ahead of you guys which just goes to show that there are all types of fit. Matt would for sure SMOKE ME in any running race or weightlifting challenge, but I have decent core strength! Way to challenge yourself Matt!

    Oh I'm so glad for this video. My core is not my weakness my arms are, but with some of these moves I feel like I have not ever worked my core in my life.

    I joined in super late but I wanted to catch up so I did Day 1-7 two days ago, Day 8-12 yesterday, and I'm finally caught up today. My abs are so sore from all these workouts and these butterfly sit ups were crazy hard but thank you for having this challenge!! It's always been a goal of mine to build up my ab muscles and I'm finally doing it :D

    I love to see other fit people struggling; surprisingly I made it through this challenge only doing the modified version for 5 reps but it's nice to have that reassurance that I'm not the only one having a hard time lol

    I’ve so far done this challenge completely. As long as I don’t forget to do a day I plan to complete it. 😂 Thanks for this! You posted about this challenge right when I decided I wanted to get my abs more in strength. I’m a runner so working on upper body strength isn’t as natural and lower body. Love this!

    I took a break about halfway through. And as I was there sitting butterfly style with my legs, my dog came to lie down between my legs 😂 She was great motivation. Had to keep proper form for her to keep lying there. 😂❤️

    So happy I've finally figured out how to stop my neck from hurting when doing an exercises!! I mean I knew you had to tuck your chin in in but *how much* is what always confused me, if that makes sense. Guess you got to experiment on what feels comfortable

    What I love about stomach exercises, after a while of doing the same move, it stops hurting. Once I got into the 70s the crunches got easier.

    Ok so I did the crunches the whole time but I REALLY felt this one!!!! I felt it in the middle of my abs today, like if you drew a line up from my belly button that's where it hurt! Never had soreness there before so we'll see how I feel tomorrow

    Great tip if you're struggling to keep your feet down: I tried using 1 kg weights in each hand, seems like it would make it a little harder, but it actually helps alot! It also provides an exercise for the arms too!
