I could always feel my abs getting stronger every day, but this exercise is the first exercise where I could really FEEL the strength my abs have developed. It felt so empowering! Love it!!

Had to stop for 2 days because of my period, I was excited to get back with this video! Felt great! I think this challenge is really getting me addicted to regular exercise which is what I wanted!
I rested my neck for 10, but otherwise, surprise to me, I finished! I am so pleased by the improvement of my abs doing this program. Thank you so much. I'm already planning, when this round is done. I'm starting it all over again.
My abs are more than sore by this time of the challenge.. they are tired and soo painful I love it! I can really feel the difference in my strength it’s completely incredible. Thanks Cassey!❤️

Ahhhh! I've been slacking with my workout lately. Had to prioritize my studies and felt too tired to do the workout, thinking I would catch up tomorrow, but I've done so too many days in a row now, and it's soo close to the finish so I can't and won't give up now. I just finished the shoulder-taps, and gonna do the pillow passes. Then later today I also got to do the next two days as well! Wish me luck! It's been fun doing this challenge together with my girlfriend and I've noticed a noticeable difference in my abs!
I honestly committed so much to doing these workouts, my abs feel great and are starting to look great. If i miss one day i end up having to do 2 ab workouts in a day😓so i can't miss a day

Done! I actually used a Tsum Tsum Jabba the Hutt plushie instead of a pillow, that was kinda motivating! I honestly really loved this exercise, I think I'll start putting it in my routine :))
This is the second time I'm coming back to this one (going on 100Ab challenge february as well, just doing the vids I want), and I manged to do it all in one go (after 50 I put my head down though) I FEEL STRONGER
Day 28 Almost done! First time commenting in a few days, but I'm still on track. Just chiming in to say that this one was deceptively hard. Not overly, but adding the pillow makes this so much harder than you would have thought. I did have to rest my head down for a few in the third quarter because my neck was starting to hurt, but picked it right back up for the last 20. Two more days!
Had to do this one on the couch as the rollovers from day 26 visibly bruised my back along the spine. Still committed though, even without being able to lie on my back! :)
I have a bit of competitiveness in me, I tend to try & out do others all the time but you’ve broken my ego lol to do this, talk & finish it out like your ready for more reps? My golly!

This started off so well!! Started. By number 60 I was dead. Some rest was taken. I pulled through the last 40 in sets of 10

I have loveddd allll these workouts I found new ways to do abs and found workouts that are superrrrr effective
