DAY TRIP TO BRATISLAVA! (Delicious Slovak food, Christmas Markets, UFO Bridge + First Impressions)

Join us as we take a DAY TRIP TO BRATISLAVA in December! We eat DELICIOUS SLOVAK FOODS and visit CHRISTMAS MARKETS IN SLOVAKIA! We also climb to the top of the UFO Bridge before taking the train back to Vienna. The perfect day trip from Vienna!
On this episode of Mapping It, we take A DAY TRIP FROM VIENNA to explore the Slovakian capital city of BRATISLAVA! The city is filled with so much history and beautiful architecture. After catching the early train from VIENNA TO BRATISLAVA, we head to the center of the old town. We enjoy a delicious breakfast at KAFFEE MAYER where we try traditional pastries and hot chocolate that's "for eating!" After breakfast, we explore the CHRISTMAS MARKET in the town square and try some LOKSE filled with cheese and duck! We walk around the city and admire the beautiful architecture of the buildings and visit the LITTLE BLUE CHURCH. In the afternoon we climb to the top of the UFO BRIDGE for some views overlooking the Danube. In the evening we get dinner at a local restaurant and have the BEST PIEROGI OF OUR LIVES! We end our day back in Vienna, just a quick train ride away.
