Yes but actually no, that's what this shit wants, for ppl to turn pink and get persecuted next game while he'll still be a douche in chat. I say we should be able to kick a player under a 80% majority vote, no chat piss, no useless player, no additional 50 kill points for the enemy team.
They should lift the friendly fire for him as a target. And give a medal if you kill him. Cleansing the seas achievement.

I can confirm that this guy does in fact do this amongst many other things very often. My most recent game with him, he would broadcast the positions of our team in all chat. He also likes to push ships out from behind cover, out of smoke. Really, if you can think of something despicable to do, this guy does it. I fail to understand how he hasn't been banned yet
He probably buys things from the shops. WG will never ban a paying customer.

@@JLewisRacing927 Thats not true I got a 2 month ban for calling someone a retard on my team in WoT. He was shoving everyone around and out of cover, and I got banned for using a mean word. I pay WG a good amount of money. They just have very selective listening.

As the Gonzo in question, I'd like to apologize to anyone who got motion sick from my head on a swivel view. I had to keep looking in every direction at once. And yes, I did in fact feel as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a rocking chair factory. Thanks Jingles for a delightful class in British insults. :-)

I’ve run into angry turtle before. He got so mad at me that he challenged me to a fight and gave me what he claimed was his actual home address. He’s also apparently in his 50s and a “business owner,” but apparently likes to spend most of his free time claiming superiority over 20 year olds

Can confirm that angry turtle is just like that every game. Had one game in ranked (silver promos) where he took his kurfurst straight down the middle not firing and secondaries off to die first cause he didn't like his teammates ships. Also classically sitting the back pinging and trying to make people mad. If you play on NA then you know who he is.

I once played a randoms game where a friendly shima wouldn’t stop torping us. The lobby agreed we should friendly kill him. Once that decision was made, I just saw all turrets in his vicinity turn towards him. It was on! He got swiftly deleted. Never seen anything so satisfying.
That was likely Angry_Turtle as well, as he has had numerous account bans, and is known for utilising this tactic to ruin people's games. If he was already pink, then instead of doing that, he'd just sit on the map border and give away team positions.

Ah... Angry Turtle is in the game. All I had to do was see that and I knew how this replay is gonna go down. Can confirm, Angry Turtle is like this all the time and is one of the most despised players on NA. Living proof that WG won't ban accounts for constant toxic behavior.
He also makes grudges funnily enough. If you don't play like he wants or you call him out for doing something stupid (like he usually does), hope you don't queue with him on your team again next game. I had that happen in ranked once and the first thing he did was call me out and W his khaba straight down the middle, dying asap. Afterwards he bragged in chat about how he won't get banned over it due to him firing his guns at the red team.
I wouldn't be surprised if Angry Turtle is the most blacklisted player on NA and probably by a good margin. If Angry Turtle doesn't get an account ban after a Jingles video, then it's clear the WG is just forever okay with this.

Angry Turtle is somewhat of a legend here on the NA server. I've only had the displeasure of having him in my games a few times, but each time he's been dumber than the last. It's honestly impressive what this guy can come up with.

I recently received a discount coupon from WG, reminding me I've been playing this game for two years now. Still enjoying it a lot, but I have to say, I have never ever played a video game in my life with so many toxic people in it. This Conqueror player is so, well, recognizable.
You haven't played many video games then. WoS is one of the best in this regard.
Yeah almost any multiplayer game where people compete in teams against each other is even more toxic than WoWs.
Be glad that there is no teamdamage anymore... I've seen some nasty shit what some people did to their allies...
Do not try World of Tanks then. Generally pleasant games and no public chat. But your own team can be your worst enemy in the chat. You could disable the chat but sometimes there can be actually useful info going on. Most shit comes in the beginning of game when people use XMV mod to check player "skill" level by comparing different percentages and ratings. Then they shout "we lost the game", attack someone or multiple people personally due to them being beginners. Take their premium tank and sit on their arse in some corner whining without any contribution to game itself. And some of these stat whiners actually can have really lousy stats and should just keep their mouth shut.
@@timorautiainen1783 That's the problem I had with Rocket League, and why I ultimately stopped playing.. sure.. you CAN turn the chat entirely off.. but then you can't get very useful info like "I'm going for the kickoff" and stuff. There's no easy solution

I actually played Angry_Turtle in a ranked match shortly after this video. He accused Jingles in chat of being a pedophile. I screen capped it, and submitted a ticket. So Angry Turtle has seen this video and boo hoo..he's mad about it.
of course WG and WoWS won't do jack crap to that player even if all 29 players report them.
If he plays like that the only way he can afford the credit loss is if he whales constantly = WG will not ban him unless he does something seriously bad
If you use the report feature nothing happens.
If you take the time to send the replay in WG will take action.

Wait... Angry Turtle... I've sunk that guy! I remember finding myself in a battle against him and in chat everyone acknowledged his existence and that it must be wiped from the map asap. So I did my duty in my bottom tier hipper, hunted him down, and sunk him.
Gonzo single handedly owned the center of this map. Its a shame no one on his team could take advantage of that open gap

I haven't played the game since just before the carrier rework, and as soon as I saw Angry_Turtle there I had flashbacks to a bunch of bad times playing Warships because of him.
So, why doesn't everyone in Random Battles get together and every time Angry_Turtle appears in any WOWS game, that his entire team doesn't move at game start. The game starts, he peels off to his convenient map corner only to run into the entire enemy team. Wham bam, he's back to the dock. Then the rest of the game can continue. If this happens game after game after game after game, he might take up knitting?.

I’ve unfortunately have been in a lobby with Angry Turtle too earlier in the year. They would broadcast grid locations while sitting in the corner and tried TK’ing our CV at the start of that match.

He has to be the most blacklisted player on the server. One time I was in a three man div with two guys I hadn't played with before, he was in the match, and we ALL had independently already blacklisted him. lol
Maybe they should put in a "Captain's Court" allowing the collective team to boot such a player. Someone can call for a vote, get a second, then everyone else gets to vote and some supermajority kicks out the offensive captain.
That seems like a system ripe for abuse.
@@imjashingyou3461 What's the abuse potential unless you're already playing with a bunch of ***holes? If you've got 12 to a side I'm thinking at least 8 or 9 votes to eject. With 8 on your side it'd require 6 votes so it wouldn't even be a simple majority.
The big problem with it is that even if you could court martial someone on your team unless someone/something else can take over the ship you're still down a ship. Then there's a question of how much weight the overlords would place on this action but if you were someone who continually gets booted by your teammates then something should happen.
Jingles, I would have enjoyed simply listening to this video just from the creative ways you insulted Angry_turtle. As a side note, I have no doubt WG's "robust" reporting system will confine him to co-op. Right?........ right?..............

Angry_Turtle is like this pretty much every game. It's somewhat bearable when he's chat banned. It's easy to tell when he's chat banned because if he wasn't he would be spewing BS in chat throughout the entire game. I was really annoyed when I ran into him in gold league ranked once, I guess anyone can get up there lol.
Matches like this are so amazing. How the enemy team stopped and pushed only when the opportunity appeared and they played the flanks really well.
My approval to Gonzo. In the thick of it for the whole match, played cagey, dumping torpedoes at high volume at any decent opportunity. The kind of teammate I'd love to have.

I mean, let's be honest - as getting uptiered goes, this is pretty much the best he could hope for (and the Yugumo). It's a Standard battle, so there's no pressure to grab a cap, and both DDs are torp boats that can generally keep their distance from the radar ships.
As the Gonzo in question, I agree. It's one of the reasons I play the Benham so much. It's tier IX so it'll never see +2 matchmaking, it's a good torp boat, and with Halsey and a double strike its concealment goes down to a stellar 5.3km. (EDIT: fixed the concealment number)
@@GrigorPDX you could have pulled some of the enemy back if you went to cap their base for 10 secs or so. or hell, you very likely could have won the game by capping, they were so deep in your territory.

He's been banned and had accounts deleted and I suspect IP address ban's Too. But he always seems to turn back up 2 or 3 times a year. It's different account names but exact same methodology of trolling his teams like this. Clan mates have told me their encounters of him and I have seen him once on a flambass stream doing it and once on Mr. Gibbins stream doing it. My first encounter with him though was in tier 10 ranked matches about 2 years ago and he always played a shima. If he wasn't pink when the match started he would spam torps at some one on his team as soon as they loaded. If he surived any reflective damge he would then go hide on the nearest bit of map border and spam quick commands and tell the enemy teams where his own team mates were. If he was already pink he would go hide on the closet bit of map border, not torp his team but still spam chat and give away locations of team mates. I'm also sure he's the reason I ended up with a 3 week chat ban by the end of that season.

I think surface ships should be able to heal back their AA whenever their damage control or heal is activated

I'm surprised this bot hasn't made it into one of your Videos earlier Jingles. I've had him blacklisted for about 2 years. I've run into him on several occasions. Not sure if he had mellowed out or what but there wasn't as much trolling last time I found him.
This is the exact example for allowing a whole team to go pink to down the "AngryTurtle" and all get a congratulations from WoW community moderators/gms.
I'm pretty sure Angry Turtle came from Tanks, first. I started seeing him in WOWP, in the second year or so, near the end of the "good days" of WOWP. He was a shit-talker then, too. He seemed to want to make a good impression on the Red Team by bad-mouthing his teammates. I was too new to know how toxic he was. I never forgot him, though! I was surprised and delighted to hear Jingles had featured him and came here to find the video! :D

I've had the displeasure of playing with this guy when I still played the game months ago prior to the whole loot crate thing. Had to carry his sorry ass to a hard fought victory and hated every bit of it because it gave him a win too.
You shouldn't hate that. He hates winning, as that denies him the satisfaction of knowing his teammates had a shit time, and that it was almost entirely down to him.

Angry_Turtle is fully supported and encouraged by WG. They know exactly who he is, he gets about 10 reports a game and they just laugh it off. This is actually one of his well behaved games tbh.

WE have a guy just like him on the NA server who pings all over the place for the first 2 min then just sits there until hes the last one alive and the other team starts going Bukkake on him.

Ah, the Benham - I really badly wanted that ship, unfortunately I didn't want to spend hour after hour in the event so missed the boat.
It's a very nice ship and if you're lucky, you can rack up a lot of damage quickly. The only problem is, as with all torpedo boats, that with torpedoes you're often dependent on the enemy team lack of situational awareness and inability to use the WSAD hack and the minimap hack :)

Lol, I'm in a game with Angry_Turtle, right now and all he's doing is bitching about "Jingles doesn't actually play WoWS anymore, he just has his soyboys send him vids..." and "Jingles even had to admit that I did better than 1/4 of the team and they were trying!"
Angry_Turtle is a menace to the NA server. Had multiple games with him the last ranked season and a bunch of other players knew him by name too, as well as some of my clan mates. Him and LT_JFK are the type of people that just need to be banned from the server entirely

Oh I knew, I was just too busy trying to stay alive to worry about it. As it is, the Benham spams torps so fast that it didn't cost me much and I was more doing area denial than precise targeting. I do wonder how many hits I would have had if the bug wasn't a factor.

You get to Tier X- a good Tier X ship no-less, and decide that, instead of simply playing them and the game casually, you would rather harass and irritate your team; just seems like a waste of time to grind that far then do nothing.

Many people can not deal with the fact that they are not the best in the world, that they are pretty average . So when the realisation kicks in, they DECIDE that they are the best, BUT the team sucks always. And stats? Well yes, they would be at 70% if they only would try, but they are just pissing some idiots noobs off, so that is why their stats suck, otherwise, if they would try....they would be the best. Cause, you know, they decided that way. Delusional loosers.
Reading through the other comments from those familiar with that player it looks to me that Angry Turtle isn't there to play WoWS. They are there to put a bit of spite into someone else's life because that is how Angry Turtle gets their kicks.

Early tiers? Fair enough, little effort is needed to get to Tier V. But even I haven't gotten a Tier X yet, and I've played the game on-and-off since December 2019.
@@eagle_and_the_dragon I stopped playing the game slightly before they introduced the British line (Warspite had been announced as a premium)... I vaguely remember someone doing what was shown in this vid back then at the lower tiers. It could have been this guy.

Players like that are why I quit playing random battles and then a few months later quit the game entirely. Actually had my mouse pointer on the button to start the 45 day countdown to close my account on all 3 games but decided WG wouldn't care anyway. I won't be back until we have larger divisions, or continuous Clan Wars, or something where the players are on voice comm, or even more variety of PVE battles. Anything but random battles with idiots. Maybe a voting system to kick a player off the team?
